Located two blocks from the beach and steps from the heart of town, you can park your car in the driveway and throw away the keys. Three bedrooms, plus a large finished attic with six twin beds, two baths, and an outdoor shower. NEW Saltwater heated pool (heated after May 15th). Our home is in the perfect area, within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bars/clubs, mini-golf, pharmacy, Fantasy Island Amusement Park, Thundering Surf Water Park, Parker’s Garage, Bird & Betty’s and The Black Whale, yet still quiet. Wake up and enjoy your coffee on the front porch. There's ample outdoor space to make your summer memories on LBI. Rental includes all you need for a relaxing stay, beach badges, beach chairs, towels, linens, and kitchen supplies.

Most wonderful stay!
We had the most incredible stay at Mel and Bob’s Beach Haven home. Their home is in a terrific location, a block from the beach and right around the corner from coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Their home is beautiful - clean, comfortable, amazingly decorated. Backyard oasis with beautiful outdoor dining area and pool. Mel and Eric were so accommodating and helpful, truly wonderful hosts. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

Beach Haven Bliss
It's been exactly one week since we returned from this magical home in Beach Haven. The kids are still buzzing about what a wonderful time they had which is something in itself. The house is located in the perfect location, pretty much right between the beach and steps away from the restaurants and boutiques of Bay Avenue. We rented a golf cart but we really didn't need to as everything you need or want is just a short walk away. This house is really so special, the owners didn't miss a trick. They were able to capture the history of this home but with all the modern amenities and decorated perfectly to honor the past but live in the now. Our time at the house was spent either on the front porch taking in the breeze and the good morning greetings from people walking by or in the backyard in the sweet salt water pool surrounded by the limelight hydrangeas and the occasional bunny hopping by. I mean with the dolphins swimming by daily at the beach and the exquisite flowers of Beach Haven and the bunnies hopping around it was as close to a Disney movie that we will probably get. This house in particular and this little enclave of Beach Haven is so special. It's like stuck in the very best part of time like walking right back into your childhood.

Mini Moon with Family
This June, my husband and I got married in Beach Haven. We were looking for a home that was close to our venue, and had the mini-moon type atmosphere. Mel's home checked all of our boxes, with location convenience and unique mid-century modern decor, we couldn't have asked for anything more! Mel included all clean and brand new appliances, supplies (detergent, soaps, linens, towels, trash bags, etc), along with booking a couple reservations for us, and assisting on bike rentals. The outdoor area is tranquil, and we were lucky enough to stay while all Hydrangeas and flowers were in full bloom. The grill under the gondola, complete with outdoor seating, along with the outdoor heated salt water pool, made windy beach days, a perfect pool day. The beds are very comfortable, and rooms spacious with plenty of storage for your luggage! Mel has been wonderful to work with, and I can't wait to rent her beautiful home again next year.

Amazing House, Location and Owner! Highly recommend!
Because of a new baby joining the family, my wife and I were hesitant to book any vacations this summer until we were a bit settled. I found this rental last minute and off the bat Mel was amazing to deal with, being flexible with our dates and our kids.
The house was so unique and charming! For being as old as it was, it was in very good shape and had fantastic amentities. The backyard is where we spent most of our time - beautiful heated pool, nice grilling and seating area and a lot of great tunes going on the outdoor Sonos the provided!
There was plenty of room for our group that was 6 adults and 4 kids. The location was unbelievable - I grew up coming down to LBI my whole life and never rented a house in such a great location. The beach is one block away and the boulevard is half a block to everything you need. We walked to tuckers for dinner, fantasy island with the kids and even rented a golf cart to make transport even easier! It was hard to resist getting Chegg every night as it was about 100 steps away on the corner!
Overall - highly recommend this property. Loved every second of my stay and loved communicating with the owner who had great recommendations and was very responsive.

Perfect Getaway in Beach Haven
This home-away-from-away was the perfect getaway for our family! Walking distance to everything (the beach, the crepe place, fantasy island & more!), so chicly decorated (this does NOT feel like a typical beach house), plus a heated pool & relaxing BBQ area...you cannot go wrong with this rental. Our daughters each had their own room...and my son had the attic all to himself (*note - attic is really a kids space, I would not recco for adults). 2 separate TV rooms. Owners are very responsive with any questions / needs along the week. Very clean. Fabulous porch to people watch. Your own private driveway for parking. Outdoor shower was a treat!

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Beach Haven!
Beautiful, historic home, incredible backyard area, cozy beds and fresh and comfortable furnishings - I don't think we could have asked for a better and more fun stay in Beach Haven! When we weren't at the beach, we spent our days relaxing on the deck, by the pool or under the pergola out back. Our hosts Melanie and Eric were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we were having a great experience. We loved that we were steps away from the beach and some of the best food and activities in LBI, including our favorite, Parker's Garage :) The kitchen had everything we could have needed for cooking (we didn't do much!), there was a great grill and hot outdoor shower to end the day. And for our kids, we especially loved the cool attic dormer, which sleeps 6, and gave them their own space for fun away from us! Can't recommend this house enough! When can we come back?
