This spacious open concept 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom completely renovated house is located just a short distance from the bay and 2.5 blocks from the beach.
The main part of the home features an open living space with a sectional queen sofa bed in the living room, a brand new custom kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and dining room with seating for 12. There is one bedroom on this floor with a king bed, a full bathroom and laundry with a washer/dryer. Finishing off this floor there is a massive private deck off the kitchen that overlooks the beautiful backyard complete with pavers, an inground heated to 82 degrees salt water pool (3ft to 5ft deep) and an outdoor shower.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The main bedroom has a king bed and a smart TV. There is a bunk room with 2 twin over twin beds and a third bedroom with a queen/twin bunk bed as well as a twin day bed.
We provide six beach badges and 3 off street parking spots on the left side of the house only! The house has central air conditioning and much more! We are one block from Nardi's Tavern and Grill, 1 mile to ACME supermarket and less than 2 miles from Fantasy Island and all the shopping and dining Beach Haven has to offer!
