Central AC, 3 nice size bedrooms and a 4 season room over looking the lagoon. 3 Smart TV's, Xfinity TV, WIFI, Ping Pong Table in Garage along with washer & dryer. Cornhole Game & Chimnea for outdoor fun. Brand new paver patio. Gas BBQ and 2 gas tanks. Off Street parking for 4 cars. 2 kayaks, jet ski port, Short boat/ jet ski ride to open water. Only 2 Bridges to go under to reach the open waters of the Barnegat Bay . 106 Ft on lagoon, and 67' of brand new dock/deck for boat docking and a jet ski dock. 3 outdoor umbrellas. Wonderful refreshing Outdoor shower. 4 Beach badges for Surf City, LBI, 4 beach chairs, 6 beach towels, 1 beach bag, and cooler. 2 adult bikes. Pillows, blankets, starter Keurig coffee pods, Keurig and Mr coffee maker and filters, starter firewood, spices, some foil, wax paper, and cling wrap, starter TP, starter paper towels, all included. Bring your Sheets and bath towels and enjoy our new home. Walking distance to Pizzeria, Ice cream shop, bagels shop. Bike to bay beach, 2 more restaurants and a liquor store. Great exercise walk called "The Loop" approx 2 miles

Pets will be considered on an individual basis. Non-refundable $250 pet fee. If you are approved for a dog, photo must be submitted. I will supply the couch covers, and they must be kept on. **You must bring your own bed comforters and blankets IF your dog sleeps on the beds. 2 dog bowls and some biscuts provided. :)

The perfect getaway
We’ve just booked our third stay at this wonderful shore house on the lagoon, and it feels like our home away from home! It has everything we need for us, our 2 daughters and dogs. The location is absolutely perfect, offering serene lagoon views and easy access to the water for kayaking or just relaxing in the fenced in yard by the dock.
One of the highlights for us is that the house is pet-friendly, which means our pups get to join enjoy the vacation too. The spacious, well-maintained yard and quiet neighborhood make it a great spot for walks and just relaxing outside.
Another fantastic feature is that it’s less than a 10 minute drive to the island, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful beaches, restaurants, and shops without the hassle of a long commute. You get the best of both worlds—peaceful lagoon living and quick access to all the island has to offer.
The house itself is very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There’s even beach chairs, bikes, kayaks, outdoor games, and a dog/kiddie pool to use. Whether you’re cooking in the fully stocked kitchen or enjoying a meal on the patio, you’ll find all the amenities you need to feel at home.
We’re already looking forward to our next visit. If you’re searching for a relaxing, pet-friendly getaway with beautiful lagoon views and convenient island access, this is the place to be! Gail and Mike are great and very responsive.

AMAZING SIMPLY AMAZING
I cannot begin to write how perfect this house is. There is nothing that this house doesn't have! Literally pack towels, sheets and a bathing suit. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. This house has it all and the owner Gail is so nice. Laura, the realtor was the best to work with. A perfect vacation! Can't wait for 2025

Beautiful property
Had a wonderful week at this beautiful house! Couldn’t ask for much more in a home. Had everything that was needed and more! The outside is amazing, spent most our time out there either laying in the sun, grilling or around the fire. Gail and Mike are wonderful hosts as well! Will definitely be back!

Beautiful, newly renovated home
I usually visit my son in Jersey a couple of times a year. This time he wanted to take a vacation together and wanted to bring his yellow lab.The owners gave permission and were very good about it. The house itself is beautiful. Nice open main area and is painted in a cheery yellow color with seashore accents throughout. All new appliances in kitchen. Outdoor area was a very nice size with all you needed. Even a dog pool for the dog which came in handy since it was hot that week. Didn't ever have to leave but I did hit the beach a couple of times. My son took his jet ski and went out a couple of times. Ramp was new for jet ski. Weather was beautiful that week. Only con would be mattresses took a little getting used to and it would have been nice to have a spare tank for the grill. It ran out on the middle of cooking one night and my son had to go get it refilled to finish dinner. Overall, truly beautiful place. Nice quiet location. Would highly recommend.

We were sold a crappy mattress from a furniture store. We have already ordered a brand new one. I wish we knew your gas ran out in the grill. We did have spare tank, we could have changed it for you. We would love, if you returned for another stay. Thank you!

Amazing Vacation great location
This had to be best little getaway we've had. We had everything arranged by Laura who was the realtor she made everything so easy it was by Birthday and Dance Nationals. The house was immaculate and had so many amenities from board games bikes crabbing cornhole and many more. We didn't need to bring anything. The backyard lagoon was so peaceful
with firepit and all. We will come back.
