Welcome to this Holgate hidden treasure, bayfront home with pool and section of sandy beach! 4 beds 1 bath at 5300 West Ave, Long Beach Township. There is a queen bed in one bedroom, a full bed in second bedroom with tv, two twin beds in the third bedroom, and a single twin in a small fourth bedroom. Tv in main living room and in the bedroom with full size bed. Enjoy a short walk to the beach or end of the island overlooking the nature reserve. All of the restaurants and attractions of Beach Haven are just short drive away. No pets allowed, no smoking on premises, a maximum occupancy of 6 people, no mooring of boats on the beach in front of house. Renter to supply their own linens. Saturday to Saturday rental, check in 3pm, check out 10am.

No glass near the pool, please utilize plastic cups provided or your own while outside.
No alcohol to those under 21, and no unsupervised teenagers.
Trash and recycling must be taken out on appointed days.
Beach badges if lost are $50 each

Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order and leave it as you found. If anything is broken or missing upon check in, please let us know immediately. Thank you!

Great views, well-equipped, and a pool!
Our family of 5 had a great week at Hidden Treasure! The house was clean and comfortable, and the views and pool can’t be beat! We cooked most nights and appreciated the newly renovated, well-equipped kitchen and gas grill. Sunsets were stunning and the beach was a short walk away (one block). Thanks for sharing your beautiful home - we hope to be back soon!

Watching gorgeous sunsets from the heated pool!
Beautiful property right on the bay. You only have to walk down one block to the guarded ocean beach. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. We spent much of our time swimming in the pool, relaxing in the hammock, and sitting around the blue stone fire pit at nighttime. My family loved relaxing in the pool after a day at the beach and can’t wait to come back next year!
