Oceanfront 4 BR, 2 Bath house may not be the newest or biggest on the ocean, but it is comfortable, clean, remodeled and has the same ocean beach scenery, sounds and breezes as the more expensive vacation oceanfront rentals. This house sleeps 10 and maintains the charm and feel of a "Jersey shore cottage". There is a full length 35 foot oceanfront deck that has spectacular views that go forever. Watch the waves while you have that morning coffee or tea. Grill dinner while you watch the waves. Read a book inside the living room while you listen (and watch) the waves crashing. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Ocean views from all bedrooms. Fire Pit next to the dunes. Look at the moon and the stars from the deck each evening. House is steps (80 feet) from 19th Street Lifeguarded Beach. Home was just purchased by owners last season and given some sprucing up and remodeling. Large bedrooms: queen in master bedroom on first floor; queen in second bedroom on first floor; king and single in third bedroom on second floor; and king, single bed and small futon (for child) in fourth bedroom on second floor. High speed internet provided. Widescreen HDTV's. The home has a clothes washer and dryer. Air conditioning in each bedroom and the living room/kitchen. There is off street parking for 3 cars. Once you park here you can walk or bike to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. A coffee shop, a bagel shop, an ice-cream shop, a burger, a fish, an Italian and several other restaurants within three-four blocks!
Mini-golf, donuts, surf-shops, dollar general, candy shop and more all within walking distance. And don't forget the bay is just four blocks west to get a sunset view! Family friendly location and street. Beach badges included for 6 people. First floor bath has shower/tub. Second floor bath has a jacuzzi tub (no shower). There is an enclosed outdoor shower and changing room.

ENTERTAINMENT/TECHNOLOGY - For inside entertainment, this house features two flat screen TV’, one connected to comcast cable and a second smart TV to access all YOUR favorite streaming sources. The TV's are in the living room and upstairs king/twin/futon bedroom. We supply high speed internet using a wireless system for a reliable WIFI signal.

A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Dolphin and Whale sightings from the house.
Our family had a wonderful stay at the beach. Fantastic view. Great location. From the house we were able to see all of the dolphin and whale activity! It doesn’t get better than that!

A perfect getaway for you and your family
This home is a true gem and has everything you could want for a restful beach vacation. You can fall asleep to the sound of the waves and wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the ocean. A definite home away from home, this rental provides everything you could need from comfy beds to beach badges to games/streaming services/high speed internet. Did I mention it is steps away from the beach?? David and Debbie are the perfect hosts, accessible and will help with whatever you need. Will definitely stay here again!

Great start to our summer
Our family had a wonderful time staying here this June. The house offered everything that a family needed to enjoy the beach w/the room sizes, beach access and gorgeous views. Beautiful sunrises from the deck or laying in bed! Fishing right there on the beach was also a fantastic time for the family. Thanks for opening up your home to us and we definitely will try to be back next year!

Stayed With Kids
David went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He even stopped by to drop off a better grill, and set up a brand new fire pit during our first day there. When we ran out of propane he immediately stopped by and dropped off a new tank. (He lives right next door) he was very responsive and helpful and even brought out toys for our little ones. Thank you so much Dave for your hospitality, we cannot wait to be back!
Onto the place, it comfortably fit our family of 10. 7 adults, 3 kids and a baby. The rooms upstairs were spacious, and you get an ocean view at 3 of the 4 rooms. The living room views were stunning. There is a lovely deck to work or eat in the morning. At night we enjoyed the sounds of the oceans while we made s’mores around the fire pit. We had truly a beautiful time and the home was steps from the beach. You really can’t beat it. It was cozy, charming, just like visiting family.
You can most definitely get around simply by walking or bike!

Wholesome Beach Front
This rental has the misty homely aesthetic for a beach front house. With several rooms and comfortable bedding, the ocean waves will rock you to sleep. The kitchen is perfect to prepare your family and guests meals with plenty of seating at the large dining room table. Or, eat out at one of the many restaurants within walking distance. The outside showers provide a good clean way to rinse off the sand before entering the house. The on site washer and dryer put my family at ease knowing we didn't have to overpack. The jacuzzi tub upstairs was great to relax after a long day. The outdoor porch with adorned furniture was perfect for sitting outside and taking in the sun and beach sounds. I hope to visit this location several more times in the future. Best family cottage on the oceanfront!

Spectacular Views
Spent one week on LBI at this lovely house. The views are spectacular and the walk to the beach can not be beat. Only steps from the beach and wonderful mornings watching the sunrise from the deck. Owner was very receptive and eager to make sure everything went well. It went great. Would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a great place for families.
