CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.

Do not exceed the number of people allowed. Do not make noise during sleeping hours and do not disturb the neighbors. Leave the house at check-out time. No smoking. PLEASE RETURN THE HOUSE IN A READY TO RENT CONDITION

Renter is responsible for an end of stay cleaning fee of $225.
A 50% deposit is due within 10 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Stunning!

The house was beautifully decorated, had very nice accommodations and was in great proximity to the beach! Entire house was very clean and the rooftop was an amazing addition. The owner was very responsive! I would highly recommend!

Amazing Vacation

From the ease of booking to everything the house has to offer, this is what vacation should be like. Great location, arcade games, rooftop patio, great decor. This place has it all. I will be going back and suggest anyone looking for a vacation in LBI check this place out, you won’t be disappointed.
