Much of what you will experience is the original 1886 design of the house that provides for an authentic classic South Jersey Victorian Shore experience of a time gone by other than some modern amenities, a heated swimming pool, new outdoor shower, new outdoor Weber gas grill, new LG stacked Washer and Dryer, new gas LG double Oven, new Sony KD43X80K UHD Smart TV’s in all the rooms, new Brother fax/printer and XO pure drinking water system in the front foyer, electric ceiling fans and room air conditioners throughout and a meshed 1200 Mbps Wi-Fi system for the whole house and grounds. CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.

A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.
