Perfect for water enthusiasts - Enjoy kayaking, boat watching, lounging bayside on the hammock, sunbathing on the floating island or a relaxing dip dock side. Want to build sand castles at the beach - just a short walk away. Looking to stay in, this home is stocked with movies, puzzles, crafts, art supplies, cornhole, boardgames, air hockey table, small toys and more! This home is the perfect retreat for all!
The space
The entire home is yours to use along with deck and private wooden dock. Enjoy the outdoors with a variety of available rafts, loungers, 8 person floating island, kayak, and more. Life jackets and quick fill air pump available on site.
3 Bedrooms Include:
- King Master Bedroom with bathroom and queen sleeper sofa
- Bedroom with two twin beds
- Bedroom with 6 beds (bunk bed style)
- An additional queen sofa sleeper is available if needed for additional guests.

The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac which has little traffic and is great for kids. Absolutely no oversized group rentals/party rentals. This lovely community has many full time residents.
A propane grill is provided for use from May-September. Please use foil when cooking and clean and after use.
Full Kitchen with dining area and bar cart.
Washer and Dryer available in the home for your use. Iron board and iron also provided.
No badges required for access to Barnegat Beach. Long Beach Island Beaches are just a short ride away!

All Beds have a quilt, pillow, sheets and mattress covers provided. Linens will be placed folded on top of each bed or will be in the closet.
ITEMS GUESTS WILL NEED TO BRING:
Guests will need to supply their own beach chairs. Deck loungers are available for onsite use only.
Paper products (paper towels and toilet paper) are supplied upon arrival, once depleted guests will need to supply any additional for their stay.
GUEST ACCESS AND CHECK IN:
Keyless Self Check-In available for your convenience. Guests will be provided with access details upon booking and will have access to the property via Smart-lock during their stay.
There is private on site parking in the front of the house for up to 3 cars. Additional parking is available on the street. Please park only in or in front of driveway as to not block neighbors drives or mailboxes.
The home is yours to use along with deck and private dock. Guests have access to all the home has to offer during their stay with the exception of the garage, master walk in closet (drawers storage and collapsable hanger available) and one additional storage closet which will remain locked.
We are located on the water. YOU ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are NOT responsible for any accidents that occur or happen near the water or on the property/premises. Life jackets are provided. PLEASE NOTE; the WATER is not fenced/gated off from the premises. PLEASE EXERCISE CAUTION. Please ONLY use the safety ladder to access the water. DO NOT JUMP OFF THE DOCK. The bay is too shallow for jumping/diving and jumping/diving can result in injury. IN ADDITION, Use of any outdoor equipment including but not limited to equipment listed below is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! By booking with us YOU, the GUEST(S), AGREE(S) THAT HOSTS WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES. Please note: The Neighboring LOT/PIER 109 belongs to another property owner and should not be accessed. Thank You in advance for observing all rules.
PLEASE NOTE: Photographs of this property were taken in 2021. Upgrades to this property, including renovations and changes to decor as well as changes to neighboring properties may occur over time. Therefore, photos may not always reflect most recent upgrades.
Many residents in the neighborhood are Full Time Residents and have children. Guests are to be respectful of neighbors and noise levels at all times and especially in the evening.
