This spacious bayfront home in Brant Beach is located on a quiet street with a short walk to the beach as well as dining and entertainment.
Amazing bay views that include sunsets and lights along the causeway in the evening.
Large comfortable rooms in this four bedroom, three bath family friendly home.
The main level has an open floor plan that includes a full kitchen/dining combo with a family room and a den that opens to a large porch overlooking the water. Rounding out the main floor is a full bath with washer dryer combo and a bedroom with queen bed.
Upstairs there are 3 additional bedrooms. A master suite that includes a full bathroom, sitting area and deck with amazing bay views. The second bedroom upstairs has 1 queen and 1 twin bed. It also has a deck with views. The third bedroom upstairs has 1 queen and 2 twin beds.
ALL bathrooms are newly renovated.
There is a ladder that gives you access to the bay but docking boats or jet skis is NOT permitted.

Worth every $
You won't find a more down to earth and gracious landlord. Linda is the best! This home is bigger than the pictures show. We slept 11 easily in the 4 bedrooms. The kitchen is functional, the family room is cozy, the beach is a close walk and the views are spectacular. We had a great week thanks to Linda and her home.

Great Location
I just rented this for the week of Mother’s Day. It was very spacious and very clean and had everything that I needed and fit my family perfectly. It’s right on the bay, with nice views, easy parking and across the street from the beach. It’s in a great location, with a lot of places to visit within walking distance. This is a great place to rent, highly recommend!

Fun time on the bay
This was the first year the house was on the rental market so I was skeptical, but it was great. The location was perfect, right on the bay and the house was bigger than I expected. I’d rent again this year but we’re going to Europe instead.
