CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.

Stunning house but lacking basic amenities

We are a large family of 14 and needed a house that's big enough to fit us all, which this house provided for. We are also frequent renters of LBI in the past 6 years and always had a wonderful stay at every house we rented, this year was no exception. Ultimately that’s what is important. This is a beautiful spot and a beautiful home. There were, however, too many inconveniences for the money paid. 1) The kitchen did not have one single dish towel or paper towel, and the bathroom had no toilet paper. While I understand we have to bring our own supplies, we never experienced a house with NOTHING, it's almost like the owner/cleaning crew made an effort to strip everything. 2) The fridge smelled like fish when we got it and it continued to smell like that no matter what we did to freshen it up. 3) Perhaps the biggest bummer of this place is the water pressure. The water would occasionally shut off entirely mid shower and filling a pot with water required time and patience which made feeding a family at home difficult. These aren't huge issues, but when paying a premium they feel like basic stuff that we shouldn't be dealing with.

Stunning Home on the Beach

All of our family were thoroughly I pressed with this home on the beach. We made daily walks with the kids to the beach which was not crowded despite being the 4th of July week, there's even a lifeguard station right by the path. The home is situated centrally to many of the small shops and dining we had the pleasure of walking or biking to. 5 stars!
