Brand new gas grill and dining table in the back yard to enjoy dinners outside.(2) beach tags provided for your stay! (2) adult bikes for your bikes to local restaurants or exploring around town. Centrally located, easy on and off the island. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants! 5 minute walk to the beach!! Due to COVID, please bring your own linens, pillows, towels.

CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
RATES - subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Relaxing Getaway

This house has EVERYTHING you need to be comfortable: modern appliances, a wash/drier and in addition to bicycles, the owner even provides bike locks!
You can see the bay from the sun room, and it is a quiet street in regard to traffic.

Great Beach Spot

The host was very responsive and the house is much bigger than it seems online. The house is situated right next to the bay for great sunset viewing and only a short walk to the beach!

Comfortable accommodations

This property is well-furnished and well-stocked with creature comforts. Also very clean and a convenient location both for activities on the island as well as getting to the mainland. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful yard, one of few in the area with a lawn. Access to the property was only through a coded lock, which was non-functioning when we arrived. It took nearly an hour to gain access, but that was the only thing that was a problem during my stay.
