Rates are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed.
50% deposit is due within 10 days of reservation confirmation. The remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS -Renters may only cancel reservation in writing. If Renter cancels reservation prior to check in date, the owner will attempt to book another reservation for the same time period at same rate or greater. If the rental property is rebooked the renter will receive a full refund less a 15% service fee.
Cleaning fee of $200 to be applied to rental fee.
It is strongly recommended the for the Renter to purchase Travel Insurance. A "cancel for any reason" protects the renter's investments in case of any unexpected events.

Security deposit of $1,000 for all rentals required.
