**RECENTLY REDECORATED** 3 Bedroom, 2 Full Bathroom. Lagoon-front with two beautiful, newly renovated decks. Outdoor dinning table, expansive outdoor living set (not pictured to preserve through the winter months), lounges, and a grill. Newly decorated, open concept fully-equipped kitchen and living room offering lagoon views and incredible evening sunlight. TVs in the Living Room and Master Bedroom. Master bedroom offers deck entrance, water views, a queen bed, and a private full bath. The two additional bedrooms, one with a full bed and the second with two sets of twin bunk beds. A great home to be shared by two families, or a larger family' yet also cozy enough for a couple to enjoy solo. Two full baths, one with a tub, the other with a stand-up shower. Walk-in closet in the master bedroom, and ample closet and storage space throughout the home including two pantries, a linen closet, and a small laundry room. Additional amenities include hair dryers, kitchen & cooking essentials, specialty coffee, linens, towels, and 8 beach badges. The home has been recently redecorated over the winter and has all the little touches to make it feel like your home. We want you to walk into our little oasis and feel like it is yours! An outdoor shower is off the side of the home, along with lounge chairs, outdoor table, outdoor living set, and a grill to allow you to take full advantage of all the summer this home has to offer! Pets are considered for a $200 non-refundable fee. We do have an open dock, and boats under 30' are welcome for a $200 non-refundable fee. Should you decide to bring your boat, we will ask for a copy of your boater's insurance & license. Kayaks and bikes available for use, as well as a mini library of our favorite summer reads, and a list of personal recommendations of all of our favorite spots on the island!

Fantasic rental & owners

Firstly, I'd like to offer my sincerest apologies to Courtlyn for the delay in penning down this review – life has been exceptionally hectic.

Now, onto the beach house itself – it's an absolute gem. Immaculate, contemporary, and just the ultimate haven for unwinding. The house was spotless and meticulously prepared for our arrival.

Its location is an absolute dream – conveniently close to everything one could desire. Whether it's dining, shopping, or exploring local attractions, this rental is perfectly situated for easy access to all.

What truly sets this rental apart, however, is the incredible experience with the owners. They are an absolute delight to work with – responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in ensuring our stay was flawless. Their dedication to making our time there enjoyable truly elevated our entire experience.

In summary, this house rental offers not only proximity to all the action but also a level of renter hospitality that is nothing short of outstanding. Our stay here was an absolute pleasure, and we can't wait to return for another remarkable getaway.
