LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. This immaculate house is in highly desired North Beach Haven section of LBI with limited view to ocean and bay. The 3 year young house features a sparkly and fiber optic lighted and heated saltwater pool, fully equipped bright and naturally lit kitchen with huge island to make memories around, bar with tv and seating for 8, huge EP Henry patio and driveway with as much or little sun as you would like. This is the PERFECT location for your family to relax and explore.

Enjoy relaxing and swimming under the watchful eyes of Lifeguards at the end of our block or watch a stunning sunset over the bay.
Restaurants within 3 blocks are :Stefano's Fine Italian Dining, Isola Italian Trattoria, Locohana Tropical Grill, Whittingham Coffee House, Beach Haven Fishery, Jacks NYC Deli and Bagel, Dairy King Ice Cream, and Hudson House (Legendary 1880's local bar highly recommend stopping in for a beer are only 1 block away.
A 10 minute walk or quick bike ride will put you in middle of Bay Village, Fantasy Island, Plenty of shopping, miniature golf courses, arcades, a water park, restaurants galore and Ship Bottom Brewery. Something for everyone only minutes away
MAIN LIVING FLOOR:
Walk up steps to enter into shiplap sitting/coat area then enter into cozy naturally lit family room with view of the bay and watch 50" TV or play board games. On the way to kitchen, find the airy 1/2 bathroom. Gather in the fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with endless cabinet space, quartz countertops and a long island table to gather around and make memories. Step out of the door to a large "2nd story" Trex deck with an awesome view of the pool and patio, and relax on one of the outdoor couches this deck also has direct access to pool/patio.
TOP FLOOR:
You will find all 3 bedrooms upstairs including a room with 1 queen bed, a room with unique 3 twin bunk bed setup (3 beds total), and a Master Bedroom with a king bed. The Master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a private balcony with limited ocean view and beautiful master bath featuring large vanity and mirror along with modern glass shower. In the hall between guest bedrooms is another full bathroom with shower and tub.
Each bedroom has ample closet space and dressers, a Roku TV and ample natural lighting. The 2 west facing rooms have good views of the bay.
Full washer and dryer located on this level - making it easy to pack lightly.
OUTDOOR LIVING AREA/BAR AREA:
Return from a day of adventures to relax in the inground 5' deep HEATED saltwater pool, or sit poolside on large 2 teir EP Henry Patio on chaise lounge chairs or the outdoor teak dining table with seating for 8. Need a drink or want to get out of the sun? You can walk directly into the ground level bar where you can watch a game on the TV or kids in the pool. The bar area is fit with a sink, full size French door fridge/freezer with ice maker and enough comfy stools for everyone. Open the garage door leading to pool area and driveway and you will have an amazing breeze relaxing at the bar
Don't want to dirty the kitchen? Then cook on gas weber grill on the patio.
Warm up at fire pit on opposite side of the house in the evening.
Don't forget to shower in custom outdoor lighted shower before going inside.

We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival

Stay Here !
We had a wonderful vacation here this year at Jeff’s house ! The house itself is bright, airy, and extremely clean with a beautiful spacious kitchen that has a very long island perfect for cooking ( the the tools included ) in and out to a beautiful deck that overlooks the sparkling pool. Even though you’re right on the Avenue the house is extremely quiet inside and has great people watching from the living room with the flat screen and ice cream Across the street with a short stroll to the bay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very modern, clean and well designed laundry area super convenient off the bedrooms. Cute balcony off the primary ! Charming cottages around as well as newer homes in the surrounding streets .
My kids absolutely loved the location with a bike ride to Bay Village and shops and restaurants which is a game changer for teenager years. The backyard is so wonderful with the phenomenal small pool loungers our area, grill and big dining table that we really enjoyed after a day at the beach to unwind. Highly recommend Local stops Spray Beach bar and a bowl of chowder at Beach Haven Fishery , all a short walk or bike ride :)

Perfect Vacation!
This home was the perfect backdrop for our family vacation. Immaculate inside and out! Everything you need for the beach is there! The pool is spectacular. Loved the location, walking distance to many attractions. We did not want to leave. Thank you Jeff for your excellent communication and hospitality. Beach living in LBI is where you want to be.

A Wonderful Place to Stay
We had the most lovely time. The house was absolutely beautiful. It was updated and immaculate. The yard had a heated pool and a cool bar and created the best memories. Not only was the house located near the beach but by all the shops and restaurants in Beach Haven. We never used our car. It stayed the driveway. We walked and biked everywhere (bikes were included). Would highly recommend!

Amazing stay!
Our stay at Jeff’s house was perfect! House was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Pool was heated and sparkling clean. We could not have been happier!

Beautiful House and Pool in a Great Location
We had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful house in May 2023. We were two adults and two children. The house was well designed with modern and lovely decor. It had a fantastic location and was immaculately clean. The main bedroom had a balcony that overlooked the pool.
We cooked in the beautiful kitchen and on the grill near the pool and were happy with both.
The house is centrally located, was close to the water and there is even an ice cream stand across the street.
One adult worked from the house part of the time and the WiFi was good.
We also found the owner, Jeff, to be responsive and helpful. We recommend this house and would rent it again.
