Description
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This immaculate house is in the desirable North Beach Haven section of LBI, just 5 houses from the ocean and a few short blocks to Bay Village and Fantasy Island for the kids. This ideal ocean block single family home is on a beautifully landscaped corner lot ( plenty of elbow room ) with 360 degree panoramic views from the roof top deck which are ideal for both spectacular sunrises and take your breath away sunsets. In addition to the roof top deck ( which has 2 tables, 8 chairs and a chaise lounge ) there are 2 additional decks off the living room and family room.. The deck off the living room has beautiful views of the ocean which are ideal for enjoying your morning paper and coffee, reading a nice book or just escaping for a little quiet time. The deck off the living room has a table, 6 chairs and umbrella. Great for morning breakfast to start the day.
Built in 2005 with hard wood floors throughout, this reverse living house has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths - The master and junior master, both with en suites, have king beds with large TV's and the other BR's have a queen and 2 twins. All bedrooms have ceiling fans with remote controls as well as the family room and living room. The gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops have all the comforts of home with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace in the living room and large washer / dryer on the first floor. We also have hi-speed internet and 4 cable TV' s with multiple entertainment packages ( HBO / Showtime / Netflix / Disney etc ) for your enjoyment. DVD's are also an option.
There is an extra refrigerator in the garage to store beer, wine, water, soda and food for the back yard grill. Plenty of on site parking available ( 4 cars ) with street parking available too, which is an added plus. The house also has a private, shaded, landscaped backyard with a picnic table, weber grill and a refreshing newly updated outside shower.
Once you park your car, you can walk to everything Beach Haven has to offer: shops, amusement park, restaurants, bars, ice cream stores, convenience stores etc. We also have 4 new adult bikes for your enjoyment and provide 2 beach carts, beach coolers, numerous sand toys, 6 beach umbrellas, 12 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, 4 boogie boards, 2 kites, 2 rafts, corn hole boards, ping pong table in garage, 8 beach tags etc for your enjoyment. Dual keyless access to the house via the garage or front door is also an attractive feature of the house.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 90 days prior to arrival. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for all off season and short term rentals ( less than a week )

Very walkable location
Great house, comfy beds, terrific decks and an easy walk into town. The beach isn’t massive ( the dunes are wider) but I’d definitely recommend this home. Lots of TV’s which we didn’t use, beach chairs and bikes. Great outside shower which is a must on LBI. My family was very happy here.

Great house in a terrific location!
The description of this house was completely accurate. It is clean and well maintained, and the location is amazing! We had everything we needed and more. Also, communicating with the owner was easy and informative. He was friendly and honest and he truly cared that we have a great experience. We highly recommend this house, especially for a family vacation.

Excellent vacation experience
Cannot say enough great things about vacation experience! Brian does a fantastic job at making sure his renters don’t have to worry about a thing other than spending time with family and making wonderful memories. The house is extremely clean, safe, well cared for and very well stocked with everyday essentials for a vacation that is stress free. He was extremely communicative and easy to talk with. Rooms are all comfortable and the ease of a full kitchen plus washer and dryer really helped this mom of two out :)
Best part…. Anything your family needs for the beach is organized and there for you.

Perfect family vacation stay
It’s hard to know where to begin as every aspect of our stay was exceptional. From the communication process with the Owner prior to our stay to our check out, everything went smooth throughout our stay. The property is exceptionally maintained and provides all the comforts of home and especially a home at the beach. The location really can’t be beat for proximity to everything that Beach Haven has to offer for a family. It’s obvious the Owner cares very much about the property and their tenants experience during their stay. We would definitely hope to stay at this home again in the future.

Perfect house, perfect location, perfect host
An amazing week at this property. Communications were awesome all during and prior to arrival. House was spotless. All the things you need for a beach trip were provided. Chairs, toys, kites, bikes, umbrellas. Such a cool house and well worth it. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful home - great location!
We just spent a week at this beautiful vacation home. It was clean, comfortable, had great furnishings and was stocked with everything you need for a vacation at the beach. We especially appreciated the beach cart, cooler, and sand toys. We had 3 kids under 5 years old and had a lot to transport each day! The location was fantastic - a short walk to the beach and close enough to the major attractions and restaurants of the area where we rarely had to move our car.
I also liked the fenced in yard - again with 3 small kids it was a great safety feature and provided privacy to grill and eat at the large picnic table if desired.
The owner, Brian, was very responsive to any questions we had and truly was interested in us enjoying our stay. He takes great pride in his home and it shows. Thanks for sharing it with us! I would definitely rent again.
