This house includes 5 private bedrooms. and 4 1/2 baths. The den and living room both have pullout queen beds to comfortably sleep 16.

No expenses were spared in this house including a 3 stop elevator, 12'x26' heated saltwater pool, brand new 7 person HotSprings Jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen (Weber9000 Series Grill) with built in refrigerator. Gas firepit built in the back yard for those Smores Kit nights with the family. Reverse living (Kitchen on Top Floor) includes the Master Bedroom and Chef's Gourmet kitchen with Thermador appliances and a massive kitchen island for all of your hosting needs. A new Samsung Terrace 55" TV is mounted by the grill to watch the game while in the pool! This house has a total of 3 en-suite bathrooms for some private time, 2 Jr and One Master suite on the third floor. The finished garage is equipped with a full game room to battle those rainy days with the kids or adults alike. Arcade games are ordered and will be delivered the end of May 2023. Sonos speakers are built in throughout the house on every floor for those multi-level parties with extra speakers by the pool for those backyard days. Professional grade wifi throughout the property to link up all of your devices. TVs throughout the house with streaming services on all TVs as well as cable 65" TV for the main living floor, Den will have a 65" TV as well as a linked XBOX gaming console. 12 beach badges are included with each rental.
First Floor - Full garage, outdoor oasis. Large pool, massive hot tub, firepit with Adirondack chairs, outdoor kitchen with fridge, pool for easy viewing located outside as well as a built in Weber Grill, primed and ready to host that backyard BBQ. Garage has an EV charger included with the rental. Arcade games (more to come), ping pong, bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas. EV - Electric Vehicle charger provided at no additional cost. Full house Generac Generator is also provided for the entire house in the unlikely event of an outage. Access to the first stop on the elevator is through the garage so NO RAMP needed here. Fully wheelchair accessible.
Second Floor - 4 Bedrooms, large den equipped with a breakfast bar stocked with "Dript" coffee included with rental, 65" TV with XBOX icluded. Covered deck with outdoor table and chairs.
Junior Suite 1 - En-suite King bed with brand new furniture and 42" Samsung TV with sonos.
Junior Suite 2 - En-suite Queen bed with brand new furniture and Samsung 42" TV with sonos.
Bedroom 3 - Queen bed with brand new furniture and Samsung 42" TV with sonos, leads to the deck.
Bunk Room - has custom built bunk beds, Twin sized mattresses which sleeps 4, perfect getaway for the kids or young adults.
Full bath - with a tub for bedrooms 3 and 4 on this floor as well.
Fully stocked laundry room with brand new washer dryer combination right off of the pool access.
Den - Full wet-bar with refrigerator. Pullout Queen Mattress, 65" Samsung TV with Sonos and XBOX included.
Third Floor - Master Bedroom with en-suite tucked away for privacy. The Chef's kitchen includes an 8' island, Thermador 6 burner range and oven combination, Thermador dishwasher and microdrawer to help when hosting, and a massive Thermador refrigerator to keep everything cold. Living room boasts a massive 65" Samsung TV with a sonos arc soundbar. Fully functional fireplace for those cold evenings or off-season rentals. Livingroom also includes a queen sleeper couch. The dining room has seating for 8 which does not include the 4 high top chairs on the kitchen island. There is a small deck off of the front of the house and a large uncovered deck off of the back of the house. The deck on the back overlooks the pool and has a straight shot to those sunsets over the bay.
Roof - Massive 1200sq ft roof deck with 360 views of Long Beach Island, the Ocean, the Bay, and on clear days even Atlantic City. Surrounding glass parapet so none of the views are obstructed! This is a one of a kind view that absolutely can't be beat. Roof deck includes tables, chairs, corn hole, and plenty of room for that morning coffee to see the Sunrise the evening drink with the family to watch the Sunset.
Other Notable Items- Professional Grade WIFI provided for all guests. Sonos speakers installed in the ceiling on every floor, including speakers outback by the pool... all remote controlled from your phone. Keyless door entry for all renters. House Boasts outdoor waterproof TV to host the big game from the hottub. Ultimate hosting/backyard oasis getaway.

Perfect vacation spot !!
This house was perfect for all 16 of us!! It is incredible with great views from the four decks (especially the roof top….sunrise and sunset) and it is totally updated and well stocked with everything you could need….a good location near the southern tip of the island, very little traffic and easy parking for 5 cars on the property. Chris was very attentive to any needs we might have right from our check in. A bad storm one night blew out a circuit breaker for the pool and it was fixed by 11 the next am. We would definitely like to rent again as the house and location are just fabulous!! We had never been to LBI before and fell in love with the island.

Fun for the whole family
Clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for the whole family ,but also quiet spaces for when you need a break. This home offers so much to do pool, hot tub, fire pit. Spectacular views of the sunrise and sunset from the roof top deck. Dance parties on every floor with the surround sound system. Location near the beach, perfect for the much needed bathroom breaks. Comfortable and enjoyable.

LBI Escape
Stayed over Labor day weekend with My wife, and children and grandchildren. Home was immaculate, beautiful and a perfect backdrop to celebrate my wife's birthday.

Fantastic House! Fantastic Host!
My wife and I don’t have enough great things to say about this house — including, Chris, the owner. Everything is brand new and exquisite. Furniture is classy and beautiful. The backyard is awesome — pool (kept to perfect temp), hot tub, fire pit, and grill are all great — and the rocks have speakers! Views are stunning. Beach is right there. Location on the island is perfect — close to town, but not too close either. All the little things are great too — a/c blasts when you need it, even the water pressure is great! And Chris is wonderful! Answered every question, stocked the house with bikes, beach chairs, and everything else imaginable. Was flexible about everything. We stayed with our three kids, their spouses, and three small grandchildren. We had a blast and the memories will last a lifetime! Thanks, Chris. We’ll see you next year — hope you don’t mind but we’re going to be bringing our fourth grandchild!

GO BIG OR GO HOME!
I was truly blown away with this new build - the views of both the bay and ocean from the main living room, decks and rooftop were unlike any other and the homeowners thought of every.single.detail to make our stay as a family as easy as can be at the beach. Their responsiveness was unmatched and they GENUINELY CARED that we enjoyed ourselves and had everything we needed while on vacation with little ones. This will be a yearly escape for us with our friends and family and we're looking forward to continued memories made. Loved every second!

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home for a few days. As a family of 5 with 3 kids under 10, this house was a dream. It was super clean, bedrooms and layout of the house was convenient for our lifestyle. The options for fun were endless with the beach being across the street and a pool on the backyard, rooftop deck to enjoy the outstanding view. The homeowners were extremely accommodating. We would highly recommend this house and will absolutely book another vacation here.
