A beautifully appointed design with high-end finishes throughout is opening it's doors for your perfect, beach vacation. Comfy bedrooms provide 2-kings, 2-queens, 2-singles and one queen sofa bed. Features a gourmet kitchen for the aspiring chef and gas grill for your grill master. Sit 14 comfortably inside for dinner or 10 on the adjoining outside deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The great room has one of several smart TV's over a cozy gas fireplace. This house has an elevator and is right next to beach access with a ramp from the street for access. Relax on your backyard beach or soak in the private pool overlooking the ocean on the deck. There are 2 outdoor showers to rinse off and regenerate after a day at the beach. All decks have expansive views of the quiet, south end of the island. Wake up to some amazing sunrise views from some of the bedrooms or while you're having your morning coffee on the deck. The house includes beach badges, 3 bicycles and off-street parking for up to 6-cars. This house is even pet friendly.

We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Warm Winter Escape
Ten Star Property!! Stunning views, rooms appointed with the finest furnishings, high end kitchen appliances & comfortable bedding made this vacation everything we could have asked for! As this was a winter getaway, our family & friends had numerous living rooms to spread out for movie time. While each morning we could choose to view the ocean from multiple decks, living rooms or take a few steps to the beach! Loved every moment! Our teenagers had plenty to occupy their time as this property is a few blocks from the southern point's Wildlife Refuge, bay beaches and directly on oceanfront sands. We arrived the first day of a light snow and woke to amazing snow covered dunes. The sunshine filled the home the rest of our stay, sunsets could be seen from the front private reading deck & rooftop deck. The elevator made loading and unloading our belongings a breeze. We all wish we could have stayed longer! We hope to rent this property again in the summertime, highly recommend!
