Balance due 3 weeks prior to arrival
If guest cancels, refund will be made only if owner is able to rebook week at the same rate.

Gorgeous Home, Awesome Location!
We had a wonderful week at this amazing, well appointed home! From the gorgeous furnishings, coastal decor to the large outdoor areas equipped with a pool, a bar, lounge chairs- you name it- we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. Within walking distance to everything and close to all of our favorite restaurants and shops, we will def book this beauty again! Perfectly family friendly and smack dab in the middle of the bay and the ocean, what more could you ask for?! Plus the owner was nice and friendly and a pleasure to work with!!! Thank you so much for a fabulous vacation!!!

Best Family Vacation
This beach getaway was absolutely perfect! We were looking for a place to take the whole family and entertain the kids. And boy did this place deliver not only a beautiful brand new living space but gorgeous rooftop sunsets, hours of fun by the salt water pool, fun family dinners on the outdoor deck (also perfect for charades night or quite drinks on the comfy outdoor sofa ). The location you can’t beat with a short walk to the beach, fantasy island and so many delicious restaurants! Not only will you be super happy with the home and location, but Pat is the nicest, friendliest, most helpful and accommodating owner. We are so thankful for the memories we made here! Can’t wait to go back!

EXCELLENT!
Our family couldn’t have been happier with our stay at this property. The home was beautiful, comfortable and fun! We used the beautiful pool each day. The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. Pat was wonderful to work with and was always quick to respond. We will 100% be back!

The Best of Beach Haven!
This vacation home has everything and more. If you are looking for a new home rental with a pool, bar, amazing rooftop sunsets and everything you love about Beach Haven (The Bay, The Beach, Black Whale, shops and the Chegg on the boulevard, WooHoo, Barry's etc) within walking distance, you are going to love this place. Owner Pat is an absolute sweetheart and did an amazing job decorating this treasure and making it well-appointed. I've rented many homes throughout LBI but this location can't be beat and Pat could not be nicer.
