Looking for a luxury beachfront getaway during your vacation? Well this house is the perfect vacation spot for you and your family. With a beach front view of the ocean from your balcony and access to the beach right next to your home, you will never have a dull day here at Holgate.
After a long day at the beach and out on the island all you need is a nice place to sleep. This house provides you with just that, it’s four bedrooms, sleeping 12 people in total, ensuring your family and friends can get the most comfortable experience possible.
This Oceanfront home features a reversed living floor plan with a spacious top level open living, kitchen and dining area. Top floor also features a cathedral multi wood beamed ceilings and offers panoramic beach and water views.
The middle level features four bedrooms, two of which are master suites with full baths plus an additional full bath. The ground level has a spacious two car garage with adjacent finished foyer, laundry room and utility room.
Need a late night snack? Well you can indulge in the house’s full kitchen with premium cookware, dinnerware and cutlery. In addition, our special keurig coffee machine is sure to keep you awake during your long excursions, and with a functional outdoor shower you will never have to worry about getting your sandy footprints in the house!
Beds - 1King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, 2 bunk beds each with double and twin sleep arrangement
Large living with 55" TV where you can play Netflix on Google TV.
Parking - 4 cars can be easily parked in the driveway. And there are plenty of off-street parking available too.

A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Wonderful beach front house
Had a wonderful family vacation at this beachfront house. It was suitable for up to 8 guests comfortably. Owners were fabulous and communicated well. Wish the deck was larger or it had a rooftop. Needs more dresser /closet space in the bedrooms and the beach is very narrow or I would have given this a 5 Star rating.

Another great stay
We just returned from our third stay at Rahul’s beautiful house and, not surprisingly, it did not disappoint. The house is very comfortable for us – 3 young children and 6 adults. It is well stocked with necessities, the amenities are many, and it is very clean. We love the location with its unbeatable view of the ocean, its proximity to the bay and the quiet and peace of being near the end of the island. And last, but certainly not least, Rahul is responsive, flexible and agreeable – quite simply, the best.

Amazing Home to enjoy the family!!!
What an incredible and beautiful home Rahul has offered to celebrate your vacation. First, I give Rahul a rousing round of applause, he was so attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our booking. I have rented many homes over the years; I would give Rahul a 5-STAR Rating!!!
His home is awesome to get the family together and enjoy a vacation. It is beautiful throughout, well stocked, and very clean. The view from the deck cannot be beat to see the sun rises and dolphins jumping. It is steps from the beach, and Rahul has plenty of beach chairs, beach buggy, and other items to enjoy your day at the beach. The location is minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, and fun things to do. We were blessed with incredible weather all week and enjoyed every moment we had at this Dimond in the Sand at Holgate. We want to thank Rahul for making our experience phenomenal, we will be rebooking to have our Children and Grandchildren continue to make more memories.

Paradise
We spent a week here after a 10+ year hiatus from LBI and were not disappointed. The oceanfront location of this home is truly stunning, while being on the quieter end of the island in Holgate, but still being in close proximity to everything in Beach Haven and points north. Rahul was wonderful to deal with, and we hope to come back to visit again.

Crashing waves and views of a great surfing break
Fantastic views, clean, comfortable, modern... and the sounds of the ocean day and night. If you surf, the break out front is great. Rahul also made the rental easy. Renting again!

Just the Thing
It was just the thing for a quiet winter respite. We were there during a daunting windy winter storm . The views were fantastic and so cozy by the fire. Cooked in the well equipped kitchen. After storm passed we walked to the wild life preserve . A short drive or bike ride to Beach Haven for pizza cravings
Terrific responsive owner . Very comfortable tor lounging . Huge tv for those who find watching ocean boring. An excellent choice

Thank You so much Raul. Our stay was more than Perfect. The house was so comfortable for my Kids and grandkids. You supplied evrrything we needed and was so gracious and easy to speak to. Your decor is lovely and in beautiful LBI taste. Beds were comfortable and the many baths made it good for a larger family. the views are amazing. We give it a 5 star and will be back again.
