Communicative, Convenient, and Comfortable
We had a wonderful time in Ship Bottom staying in this rental. From the very beginning, Ken was communicative and always open to questions and feedback. He responded in a timely manner with any questions I had and during our stay, he texted to ensure everything was going well. The apartment is clean and modern. We loved the central location of being in Ship Bottom. We were across the street from Ship Bottom Ice Cream and were able to monitor the lines from our window and find the opportune time to get ice cream. The walk to the beach is one block away which is very convenient. From Ship Bottom, you are 20 minutes away from Beach Haven for the water park and amusement park, 20 minutes away from Stafford Township for Costco and Target and major fast food establishments. This was a pleasant and comfortable stay for our family with 2 children.
Tip: The rental doesn't provide linens, so we rented from LBI DreamMakers.

Great aparment
The apartment is very comfortable, it is recently remodeled and clean. Ken was very kind, although I did not know him personally, he was always very attentive to if we had any needs

Great Rental
Ken Harper made the rental easy and was very quick in returning my emails . He answered all my questions and provided excellent service . His rental was extremely clean , very spacious and accommodating.
Ken checked in with me a couple of times during my stay and also after leaving . He even made sure I received my security deposit . Will definitely be renting with him again .

Excellent Accommodations
This unit was excellent! Totally spacious, open layout, completely renovated with modern amenities. Pristinely, clean, and is even nicer in person than it appears in the photos. I highly recommend this unit. Landlord was very kind, accommodating with great communication.

Ship Bottom 2658
Incredible few weeks, close to beach, great restaurants, bay for sunsets and extremely comfortable apartment. We have been renting in LBI for 10 years now and Ken was by far the greatest landlord I have met. He made sure we were comfortable and gave great insights on the area. 5 stars is not enough we will use his place again soon hopefully. We had 4 people and apartment was spacious and elegant.
