Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.
Renters are also required to purchase RDP (Rental Damage Protection) Insurance for $99

Fun Family Time
The House shows well and is beautiful. When we first arrived you can see the beauty and space. The beach is steps away. There is plenty of room to park multiple cars. Inside each bedroom is a nice size and the bathrooms are updated and clean. The living area was a good space for games at night. The only observation we had was the function of the kitchen. When 12 adults are in the house the function of the kitchen could be better. There were 12 adults for a week. Outdoor space is plentiful. The pool area is a retreat for shade and relaxation. The outdoor bar/grill and TV area was our gathering place after a day at the beach. Even though the heated pool was sporadic in terms of when the heat was on, overall, the pool was enjoyable and relaxing.

Most Relaxing MDW
We had the best time over memorial day weekend. We were a large group and fit with more than enough space. The house was just as described, and the host was super communicative and thoughtful. We are looking forward to visiting again for years to come.

Amazing Home and Location!
I love LBI in winter and summer. I spent a few days at this home and never wanted to leave!!! The location is amazing, the home is absolutely beautiful, and the host is extremely accommodating. You will not be disappointed when you rent here. I will certainly come back every year!

The best getaway on LBI!
I really love this wonderful house and will make it a regular destination. It is gorgeous, like new and very comfortable for a family or group of friends. You have everything you need inside and out, and the location is fabulous. The owner is very accommodating and helpful. I cannot recommend enough.
