Welcome to your ideal beach getaway in a home that was thoughtfully renovated with love in May 2020. This 5 bedroom/3 bathroom beauty sits on a massive lot, just 3 houses from the Beach Haven/Holgate line where it offers the absolute best of LBI.

The house is halfway between the attractions of downtown Beach Haven and the breath taking natural beauty of the island's end. Both are short walks or bike rides away. On top of that, you will be just steps from the inviting ocean and only one block to the bay for the wonderful sunsets. Also around the corner is Beach Haven's exclusive West Ave which is perfect for walks, exercise and biking. Just before that, the little ones have Nelson Ave Playground where they burn off the sugar high from the Boardwalk Ice Cream Shop - also just down the street. This is where you want to be, with something for everyone.

Features

Beach Access - Aside from the updated facelift, the best part of this beach house is the proximity to the beach. There is no such thing as walking forever, lugging equipment or packing a car full of chairs because the house is so close. We include 8 beach badges (kids are free). With the house and beach access being on the Beach Haven/Holgate line, when you enter the beach you can either go left a few steps to Beach Haven or right to Holgate. We provided a mixture of beach badges so you're covered on both sides. This will also give you freedom to go up and down the island to enjoy multiple beaches if you wish.

Primary Suite - Queen Bed, dresser, 2 night stands, ceiling fan and mounted Smart HDTV. There is a huge walk-in closet and a semi-private bathroom. Set apart as the only bedroom on the top floor, this suite is very private and spacious with plenty of natural light and vaulted ceilings.

Junior Primary Suite - Queen bed, dresser, night stands, ceiling fan, walk-in closet. The suite also has its own private full bathroom. This room is ideal for parents with young kids, as it attaches to the bunk bedroom/playroom (see below).

Bunk Bedroom - Twin-Over-Full bunk bed, sofa-sleeper queen bed, dresser, Smart TV and private deck.

Swimsuit Bedroom - Queen bed, dresser, 2 nightstands and closet.

Beach Bedroom - Queen bed, over-sized dresser, 2 nightstands and closet.

Kitchen - Brand new appliances, granite counter top, and breakfast bar with seating for 4 people. You can also enjoy coffee at the eat-in Bistro Table. This kitchen is an open-concept to the Great Room, with a slider to the Kitchen Deck.

Great Room - Massive open concept area which is perfect for gatherings. The morning sun and ocean breeze streams through oversized sliding windows, while a feature wall with another picture window shows off the water views. The Great Room is wide open with 2 areas; the family room has a 50-inch Smart HDTV, sectional sofa, 2 side chairs, end table, entertainment center, two ceiling fans and coffee table. Finally, along the feature wall is a welcoming farm table with 10+ seats which truly makes every meal a family affair.

Sky Deck - Just above the Kitchen Deck is access to the Sky Deck to take in the ocean views, bay views, and LBI's legendary sunset skies. This area is equipped to entertain six via brand new cocktail table and side cooler to keep your beverages cold.

Backyard - Walk past the outdoor shower and you will find a huge space with 2 new picnic tables and a gas grill. This area is perfect for playing backyard games and hanging out after the beach and enjoying a nice dinner.

Outdoor Shower - Attached and private, the outdoor shower includes a shower stall and a changing/storage area.

Outdoor Storage - Beach Corral access is included for your own beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, etc; and there is a bike rack in front of the house.

Parking - Driveway parking can hold over 4+ cars easily.

Entertainment Amenities - WiFi and 3 Smart TV's for streaming apps. We hope you will enjoy this beach house as much as we do and we know that many memories will be made during your visit.

1. Maximum number of persons, including children, is limited to 13.
2. No pets are permitted on the leased premises. Pets on premises will lead to forfeit of Security Deposit.
3. No smoking or vaping of any kind in house or on decks. Evidence of smoking will lead to forfeit of Security Deposit.
4. Utilities are included in the rent unless otherwise specified.
5. If any rent is unpaid or if default shall be made in any of the terms and conditions of this lease, the premises must be vacated immediately with no refund due. A $50.00 service charge will be assessed for each check returned by the tenant’s bank.
6. The tenant affirms that he/she is an adult of 27 or older and that the listing will not be occupied by any minor unless an adult is present.
7. On expiration of this lease, tenant agrees to leave the said premises in a clean and neat condition with all doors and windows locked, ready for the next tenant’s occupancy. Keys are to be returned to lock box prior to leaving – see instructions for all the above in welcome letter.
8. The tenant is requested to promptly report to the landlord any damage to the listing, or any failure of apparatus or equipment.
9. The tenant shall furnish bed linens, table linens, towels, beach furniture and other specified items the tenant desires. We supply pillows and blankets/quilts for the beds. The bed sizes for this rental unit are:

10. It is agreed that the landlord shall have the right to enter the premises by appointment if needed.
11. No Air-conditioners or telephone equipment shall be installed without written consent of the owner.
12. Cancellation: If the tenant wishes to cancel this lease, he/she shall make a request in writing to the owner. Tenant will be fully refunded if notice is given 30 days or more prior to check in. Non-refundable 29 days prior to check in.
13. The tenant shall not sublet the premises.
14. House trailers and recreational vehicles shall NOT be parked on the above premises.

15. In the event that the listing is damaged by fire or unusable for any other cause other than the action of the tenant, the unused portion of the rent shall be returned.
17. Security Deposit: Damage In the amount indicated above is payable upon date listed above. Deposit to be returned upon satisfactory inspection by the owner after termination of the lease. Owner shall have 72 hours after expiration of the lease to advise the tenant, in writing, of any damage. Deposit less adjustments, if any, will be mailed within ten (10) business days of departure. Cleaning fee is non-returnable.

Wonderful 3 generation family vacation

This spacious and clean beach house is in a prime location of Long Beach Island. The beach is just steps away. The owner was easy to communicate with and agreed to a special request we had. Nelson Avenue Park, around the corner, has 6 new Pickleball courts, a soccer field, basketball hoop and playground which added to the enjoyment of our stay. We have stayed in houses all around LBI and this was the best house that fit all our needs. We hope to return next year.

Great home and spot!

This house was super clean, comfortable, very modern, furnished beautifully, and in a great location (near a bike rental place, ice cream, playground, beach). The owners were also communicative and very nice.

The only thing we didn't realize when we rented the house was that it was on the main road, which meant that we heard a lot of traffic (perhaps because it was a holiday weekend).

Clean, well decorated and perfect location

Very clean, well decorated, and everything worked well. Enjoyed the location quite a bit, as it was very quiet (particularly the beach). Only real issue was the main road was a little stressful with the kids.

A lovely home at the beach

The house was a perfect place to be with family with the smallest walk to the beach. In a quieter part of the town, just on the outskirts of Beach Haven. It was lovely....also having kids the house was great because just down the road is a ice cream store which is a massive plus. All the amenities in the house were great and the layout works really well with more than enough space for everyone. Highly recommend it for your family.

Jersey gem

House is immaculate, well thought out, and decorated beautifully. We loved the rooftop deck and outdoor shower. Definitely bring bikes or rent them a block away. Far enough from town traffic but close enough to hit the amazing strip of various restaurants and activities. Have to cross street to get to the beach steps away. Perfect for all ages. Can't wait to go back!!
