Perfect Wedding Getaway!
We had an amazing time staying at The CHLOÉ!! We had a micro wedding up at the beach with our closest friends and family and stayed here for the week. The house was decorated beautifully, it was clean, spacious and the location to the beach was perfect! The host answered all of our questions and made the process simple and easy for check in/out. Highly recommend for any wedding needs or a stay at the beach!

We were 8 people in town for a family wedding and this house was perfect for us. The bedroom layout was perfect, the house was clean and bright and close to everything. It was everything we could have wanted.

Labor Day Getaway
My husband and I rented this lovely home for the week around Labor Day. We've been coming to LBI for over 16 years and this is definitely one of our favorite rentals yet!
Very clean and nicely decorated, this home is in a fantastic location for pretty much anything you will want to do in LBI. Our 23 yr old son was there with a few of his friends for the weekend and they enjoyed the nearby restaurants/bars and the beach, of course. I personally enjoyed the rooftop deck each morning with my coffee and at night to watch the sunset. We are like kids when it comes to mini golf and there are several spots close to this home. And Fantasy Island is nearby, as well.
The owner is lovely and very responsive to questions both prior to our arrival and during our stay.
I highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location
We stayed at The Chloe for my daughter’s 16th birthday with 7 of her friends. The house is renovated and beautifully decorated. My daughter personally picked the house because it fit her vision and vibe. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor where the girls stayed and another bedroom and bathroom on the second floor where my husband and I stayed. This was the perfect setup because the girls were all together without disturbing my husband and I. The house is two blocks from a private residential beach which is absolutely lovely and relaxing. The area in general is quiet and family oriented. There is another beach which is a 4/5 minute drive which is more “active” and there are plenty of shops and places to eat there. There is also a amusement park and arcade there so the girls enjoyed hanging out there in the evenings. And with a strick 10pm curfew (which is enforced by the local police) for children under 17, we had everyone home by 10pm with piece of mind. Tuesdays there is a teen night at The Marlin which the girls really enjoyed. The food is delicious anywhere you go and vibe is relaxing and friendly. We all had a wonderful time! Highly recommend on every aspect! Will definitely be back to The Chloe and LBI.

Wedding weekend
We used this home for my Daughter in law, her bridesmaids and mom to stay in the weekend she married my son. To say the house was perfect is an understatement. The 5 bedrooms were beautifully decorated and accommodated everyone. The master suite was beautiful for the bride and had a huge mirror which should make for great pictures. The living area was also great with plenty of comfy seating and the kitchen/dining area worked perfectly for hair and makeup. An added plus was that the owner, Jacqueline, was a pleasure to work with.
I highly reccommend this home for your wedding or any family occasion
