This immaculate 5 bedroom/2.5 bathroom reverse living contemporary home with heated in-ground salt-water pool is located right across from the bay with stunning water views! Sunday to Sunday rental period, so no Saturday traffic to deal with. Relax on one of 3 decks with a drink in hand and soak in the glow of the late day sunset, with a brand-new composite upper deck just completed spring '23. This amazing house has it all including a backyard oasis with in-ground heated salt-water pool, beautiful mature landscaping, and paver surround! Just steps from the bay access where you can launch your kayaks (we have 2 tandem kayaks!), paddle boards, or take a swim to cool off! This property is just a short 1 block walk to the life guarded beaches of Harvey Cedars (with traffic light for carefree crossing), and a short block to Sunset Park where you can walk your dog while the kids play on the playground. Summer concerts every Wednesday in the Summer at the park, so pack a cooler and some sandwiches and hang out while the bands play, or take part in multiple activities there such as pickleball, basketball, soccer, and tennis in which we have provided equipment. Ceiling fan and smart TV in every bedroom, high-speed wireless internet, and a stylish gourmet chef's kitchen are just a few of the amenities that you will enjoy here. Please note that the 5th bedroom features a very comfortable brand-new queen pullout couch which doubles as a 2nd living room where the younger crowd can gather and play video games or watch a movie. The house comes equipped with 6 beach badges, 6 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, and 2 beach buggies as well. Dog-friendly with owner's approval makes this a truly great family rental that has it all!

GREAT Beach House!
This house has so many great features to enjoy! We stayed with our 4 yr old, my in-laws, and our dog. For starters, the views of the bay were better in person than the photos online. The deck overlooks the bay and you see the same view from the kitchen and main living space. It was a very short walk to the beach (with a light on the main street making it easier to cross safely). The beach always had plenty of space for us to setup and was not overcrowded (one of the many reasons we love coming to LBI). Sunset Park is so close to the house and gave us a quick option to head to the playground or let our dog get some wiggles out. We walked each morning to Agnello's for coffees to start the day. Harvey Cedars is so quiet and peaceful but within minutes you have restaurants (love Black Eyed Susans), mini golf at Jen's Links, a visit to the lighthouse, and stores in Surf City. By far our favorite feature was the heated pool! We used the pool every day and loved being able to extend our outdoor fun once we were back from the beach for the day. Also worth noting, the primary bedroom feels like it has it's own wing which was nice for my in-laws to have their own space. The kitchen had all we needed and on-site washer/dryer was great. We hope to be back!

Wonderful Bayside Home
My extended family (6 adults and 5 children) and I had a really great week at this property! The location was perfect -- a quick walk to Sunset Park (for the playground, concert and bayfront walks) and the beach; the pool was a lovely bonus; and the home itself was bright and clean. We also really appreciated being able to bring our two dogs along to enjoy vacation with us! Missing my daily morning and sunset walks to the park already! Thanks so much for having us!

Excellent House
This gorgeous home is a must-look when you are trying to find a place to stay on LBI. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood steps from the park, this updated home has plenty of space for a big family (or two!) with its 4 bedrooms and a den for a fifth with a big open floor living area. Just a five-minute walk from the beach with the added luxury of a pool, this home has everything you could need. Ray was extremely helpful and responsive to any and every correspondence and made our stay that much better. Shops and restaurants are just minutes away but this quiet part of the island is perfect for a getaway from the hustle and bustle!
