Description

Immaculate, top of the line custom finishes with plenty of room inside and out! A beautiful area on LBI to enjoy everything that is offered! A short ride to Acme, walk to shops and a short ride to Fantasy Island!

This is a reversed living house. You can enter through the garage and take the elevator from there to the other levels or enter through the front door onto the second level. Upon entering you will see a second living room with a covered deck off that space. There are two on-suite bedrooms on this level with queen size beds. Additionally there are two bedrooms both with pyramid bunk beds and single beds with a full size bath in between. This level also has it's own washer and dryer. Taking the stairs or elevator to the third level, you enter into a big open space with a beautiful wide kitchen, huge dining area and living room. There is a half bath and stairs to the roof top deck. There is a deck off the living room also. This level also has a spacious primary bedroom with a king size bed and full private bath.

This is a weekly rental from May - October. This price includes the change over cleaning. Please bring your own linens. There are comforters, pillows and blankets. There are ocean and bay views on the roof top deck. There is a large fenced in yard with an outdoor shower and a heated salt water in-ground pool! There is plenty of off street parking with two garages and a long driveway. There is ping-pong in the garage and an extra refrigerator. There are 5 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, two umbrellas and boogie boards! This house includes beach badges (6). There is a second living area with a tv and a sleep sofa. There are two sets of washers and dryers. The living room in the main area (3rd floor) is large with a tv. The dining area is large with a big table and plenty of room for everyone to eat. This house is well stocked with silverware, glasses, plates, pots, bowls and room to put all your groceries.

Out back you will find an outdoor shower, new heated salt water pool, grill, patio with plenty of room for an outdoor dinner and fire pit. The pool will be serviced weekly and kept at 85 degrees
