Amenities include four bedrooms , three full bathrooms, well stocked kitchen ,central AC,17'x35'gunite heated pool, outdoor shower,screen porch with gas grill,rec room with pool table.The four bedrooms(good mattresses)are set up with one king and two queen beds and one full.Clean and fresh home. Sorry but no pets or smoking allowed in this home. Pool will be heated to a minimum of eighty degrees .Please contact me for a preview of this home.Three minute walk to the beach.

Great house and location
The house fit our family's needs perfectly. We loved the pool and back porch and the house is just a short walk to the beach. Joe, the owner, was very responsive to any questions and the check in/out process was smooth.

Solid stay, but negative experience at checkout
The stay itself was as expected. The pool was great and we loved the covered porch for grilling at dinner. Joe was available when we checked in to hand over the keys. The beach is a 5 minute walk, across a busy street.
I would be remiss to not mention an extremely unpleasant experience that we had at the end of the stay. The host (Joe) accused us of stealing a signed baseball which turned out to never be on the property anyway. But the several hours of extreme anxiety of being accused of theft and threats of filing a claim with VRBO left a sour taste in our mouth.

Great place for family getaway
Our family - three generations - enjoyed a lovely week on LBI. The house worked well for us -- loved the pool and the pool table -- though the layout made things a bit challenging at times for the little ones (ages 1 and 3) but we made it work, and are happy we went!

Excellent Home in a Quiet Neighborhood
What a fun home! This property was perfect for our group, which included grandparents and small children. The house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and was well stocked. The kids loved the pool, and the backyard was perfect for relaxing after the beach. The large screened-in porch, where we ate most meals, was a great bonus. Joe was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely return!

MDW on LBI
Overall we had a wonderful time staying at this unique beach house on LBI. We loved the homes lay out and separation of space. Very accommodating for napping children and sleeping infants while still enjoying the common areas. Joe was an excellent host. He quickly responded to minor issues and helped resolve things quickly. We would definitely be interested in spending another week here in the future.

An oasis
The house is roomy, comfortable and clean, and as others have said...quiet! Plenty of space for the five of us. Pool is large is lovely, screened in porch was our door for meals, games and chatting. Perfect location in Loveladies...two minute walk to beach, 20 minute walk to Neptune market and liquor store. Short drive to Barnegat Light and the restaurants there. Joe the homeowner is a great guy — available if you need anything and very friendly. Perfect getaway!
