Surf City home in Perfect Location! Enjoy beautiful sunsets and watch the regattas from the Surf City Yacht Club at the end of our block! Walk or bike to the Ocean and Bay beaches, coffee shops, restaurants, mini golf, ice cream, retail stores, live music, art galleries, parks, the famous Surf City 5 & 10, bars including the brand new Hotel LBI rooftop bar and the Surf City Hotel for happy hour with live musicians, dining, bands and other events just three blocks away! One of the best locations in one of the best towns on the Island! Surf City has it all!
We rent Sunday to Sunday so you can avoid the traffic from Saturday changeovers and enjoy a full weekend during your stay. Just drop your groceries off and head straight to the beach - a short 5 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride away! We provide 6 beach badges for your stay as well. The Ocean Beach on 8th Street has public restrooms at Village Hall (and port-a-pottys outside) or you can visit the Surf City Hotel for food/drinks and use their restrooms there. There is also a Bay Beach with lifeguard and bathroom on 15th Street - just 8 blocks North - for little ones who aren't ready for the big ocean waves yet. There is a playground at the Bay Beach as well as a public park on 1st Street with tennis and basketball courts. If you have a canoe, kayak or SUP you can put it in at North 2nd Street and Shore Avenue or on 11th Street - both are just a few blocks away from our home.
Our home has a spacious, open, light and bright living and dining area on the first floor with windows everywhere. In the spacious living room there's a large desk facing a window where we have worked remotely and had many guests bring their laptops and do the same. Our home has 4 bedrooms - two Full bedrooms on the first floor, one Queen and one King bedrooms upstairs, as well as some extra sleeping options like a twin flip chair/futon. We have a fully equipped kitchen with newer appliances including a separate beverage fridge and ice maker, an outdoor patio area with a gas grill, a seating area with chaise lounges, a picnic table and comfy wicker chairs in the large front yard and a garage outfitted with a Ping Pong table, high top table/stools, a TV, beach chairs, outdoor games, beach toys and games, etc., all for your use. We have spent years updating our home to include everything anyone could possibly want from a vacation rental! All the beds have new mattresses and our renters/friends always comment on how comfortable the beds are. Our pet-free home is clean and impeccably maintained. Not only are you steps from the water, beaches and fun activities, you will also feel comfortable, pampered and refreshed in our home! We will provide coffee pods, paper products, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent and hand soap for your stay. We will also provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the outdoor shower. No need to worry about bringing those items! Just bring your favorite bedding and towels (or you can order linen delivery from Jersey Shore Laundry and Linens Rentals (# 973-960-3369), LBI Dream Makers (#908-731-1174) or Island Linens NJ (#732-929-9117) and you're instantly at home!
We are a pet-free and non-smoking home. Must be at least 25 years old to rent.
