Welcome to Island Bliss LBI! Construction is almost done on our brand new heated saltwater pool, spa, and outdoor bar area - be among the first to enjoy our outdoor oasis in the summer of 2025! Updated photos recently added - follow us on IG @islandblisslbi.
We are one of the few properties on LBI to include hotel-quality linens (sheets, towels, beach towels) with every rental. Just bring your clothes and get ready to RELAX!
This gorgeous open concept family home boasts a large first floor living area – a modern, updated kitchen with a sizable granite-topped island bar and stainless appliances, a spacious and comfortable living room and dining area, and a full bath. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the equipment and utensils you need to cook and dine in. The furnished deck space is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee or dine al fresco. Two spacious bedrooms – one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds – complete the first floor space.
Upstairs, the primary suite features a king sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private deck with bay views. Two additional bedrooms with a jack and jill full bathroom, each outfitted with twin bunks and a single bed, complete the second floor.
The location of this home is both convenient and ideal for taking advantage of the best LBI has to offer. The beach is a quick 7 minute walk, and enjoy some of the island’s best sunsets at the bay which is a two minute walk from the house. Walk to the Acme supermarket, Skipper Dipper ice cream, and township tennis courts. Jersey Girl is close by and features some of the best breakfast and lunch options around. Fantasy Island, Thundering Surf, and Bay Village are a quick 10 minute drive and offer endless family fun, rides, miniature golf and arcades, and casual to high end beach style shopping.
Restaurants within a short drive include Blue Water Café, Howard’s, Bird and Betty’s, Chicken or the Egg, Uncle Will’s, Black Whale Bar & Fish House, Buckalew’s and Parker’s Garage.
Island Bliss LBI is our family vacation home that is lovingly cared for and prepared for renters each week personally by the original owners. We expect our guests to be respectful of the property and to treat it as if it is their own.

Policies
~ Rental agreement to be provided and signed electronically.
~ Security deposit of $1000 and 25% of rental cost is due with signed agreement to reserve your date.
~ Second payment of 25% of rental cost is due by January 15.
~ Final payment of remaining 50% is due (60) days prior to rental start date.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 60 days prior to the start of the rental. Cancellation requests will be honored (less a 10% administrative fee of monies paid) if the owner is able to re-rent the property for the reserved dates for the same rental amount. If the property cannot be re-rented, the Guest's payment(s) will not be returned. We STRONGLY suggest purchasing trip insurance for your vacation.
A $1000 security deposit is due with your signed rental agreement to reserve your dates.
First payment of 25% of rental cost is due within 7 days of reservation ; second payment of 25% of rental cost is due by January 15. The remaining 50% will be due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cleaning fee is INCLUDED with all rentals of one week or more.

Perfect House
This was the perfect house for us (6 adults). We all felt very comfortable. There was a very nice welcome waiting for us. It was clean, spacious and everything we needed was there. Restaurants were in walking distance but located in a very quaint section of the island. Short walk to the bay and the beach. We had a lovely time.

Wonderful Week at Island Bliss
Island Bliss was such a wonderful place to stay! The house was perfect for our annual family vacation. We were very comfortable in both the indoor and outdoor living spaces. The house is loved and cared for and that comes across in the special touches throughout. It was so nice to have towels and linens provided as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach toys. The outdoor shower was the nicest ever and had a large changing area which I found unique and we have been coming to LBI for years! We loved being able to walk one block to the bay each night to watch the incredible sunsets. We loved the short walk to the beach with proximity to cross at a light to the 92nd street beach access. Also loved close access to the Acme, Pinky's, Jersey Girl, Ferrara's Bakery and Bay Village. We also enjoyed being so close to Ocean Boulevard for walking, biking, and running as it has a dedicated walking, biking, and running lane and is not heavily trafficked at all. Island Bliss is located in a quiet neighborhood too which was made hanging out outside so pleasant! I highly, highly recommend Island Bliss!

Great Venue!
Our time on North Susan included; my wife and I, our 3 grown children and our 4 grandchildren. We had plenty of space. Spent a lot of time on the porch and in the main living room. Short walk to the beach and beach supplies, chairs, umbrellas, toys, and a cart were abundant. Caught the sunset each evening at the end of the street. We like the Friday to Friday rental and the fact that all the linens and towels are provided. This property is a 10 out of 10.

Great Location, Lovely Family Home
My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The house is lovely with beautiful decor and great location. One block from the beautiful bay, we were able to watch the sunsets from the deck. A short walk to the beach side and walking distance to Acme and ice cream shops made it very convenient, especially with 5 grandchildren in tow. Lots of special touches made us feel very welcome!

Excellent family vacation!!
We had such a great time at this house, it had everything we needed. We've been coming to LBI for family vacation for years and were surprised by the welcome gifts and how beautifully it was decorated. The location was perfect - beautiful bay views from the deck, a short walk to the beach, the ACME and the Ice cream shop, with a short drive to great restaurants and many fun things to do! Hope to stay here again next year!

LBI 2023
My family and I have been coming to LBI for over 30 years. First with my mother and sisters and all of our families and then more recently with my grown children and grandchildren. This has been by far one of the nicest houses we have ever stayed in. It was immaculate when we arrived and the welcome sign and gifts were so thoughtful. It was so convenient having all the linens, a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms and beach badges and chairs.The location was perfect and short walk to the beach. We hope to be able to stay again next summer! I would recommend this home to anyone with a large family.

Pictures don't lie.
What you see is what you get and in this case it is a picture of beauty. This home has everything to make your stay on LBI a memorable experience. Not only are the accommodations exceptional, the location is ideal as well with the beach and the bay a very short distance away. Forget something? You can walk around the corner to the Acme Supermarket. Restaurants galore to the right or left too. But the 5 stars here are for the house and the hosts. The house is very, very clean, the beds are very comfortable, the space is ideal, and the hosts provide everything you need to move in and just enjoy as if it is your own home away from home. Coming to LBI for our son's wedding we were greeted with a welcome sign and a celebratory bottle of Prosecco by the hosts. This was the very 1st indication of a beautiful week to follow. There was also a guide book to assist you with any information you might need within the home and around the island. A truly positive stat! Thank you Island Bliss.
