Description
Enjoy your vacation in luxury and style in a new construction, oceanside home, 5 houses from the beach. Reverse-living, Three floors, with three-stop elevator access. 5 bedrooms + Bonus Den, 4 full and 2 half bathrooms. Heated (to 80 degrees) saltwater in-ground pool.
Short walking Distance to Viking Village, 18th St. Café, Whites Market and other stores.
First floor: Renters Storage Garage pre-stocked with beach chairs, and plenty of space to store all of your beach items. Bonus Room - great space for games and hanging out and a 1/2 bath. direct access to the Patio with Polywood table, chairs and Louges as well as the heated in-ground saltwater pool and 2 outdoor showers.
Second floor: 4 bedrooms (2 rooms with en-suite bathrooms with queen beds, 1 room with queen bed, and 1 room with a full bed and one twin over twin bunk). Additional bonus den with 2 comfortable chairs that have pullout twin beds with a Shared balcony, and an additional shared bathroom.
Third floor: Light and airy kitchen with large island (seats 5). Wolf oven and gas range. Open floor plan to dining area (comfortably seats 8) and Living room. Prefer to eat Al fresco? Step onto the balcony with a large Napoleon natural gas grill, additional dining table (seats 10) and covered outdoor seating. Large main bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom. Laundry Suite with Stacked Washing Machine and Gas Dryer.
Rooftop deck: breathtaking 360 views including the Barnegat Lighthouse, and ocean views with ample seating at high-top table or around the propane fire pit.
High-speed Internet and Wifi is included with the rental. Sonos sound system with Zones in Kitchen, Rooftop Deck, Upper Front Deck and Backyard. We are also electric-car friendly with dual dedicated 50 amp 240v outlets for charging your Tesla or any other electric vehicle.
Barnegat Light is a quiet family friendly town with plenty to keep the family entertained. The clean wide open beaches are great for enjoying the surf, or just laying out in the sun. There is a miniature golf course close by, plenty of dining options, the historic lighthouse, and the fishing docks to visit.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - There is a maximum capacity of 14 (10 Adults Maximum + 4 Children under 16). Beds are only provided for 14 people.

Wonderful Stay in Barnegat Light
After years of vacationing in Ocean City, NJ, our family was looking for a change, something much slower paced. Our stay in Barnegat Light was absolutely wonderful. The walk to the beach along the boards was so peaceful and serene. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed for a week at the beach. Our kids spent countless hours in the pool and loved every minute of our trip! We will definitely be back!

Great family vacation home!
This home was perfect in all regards for our daughters and their families, including our toddler grandchildren. The house was comfortable, spacious, well equipped (maybe a larger or 2 coffee makers for the # of adult guests the house can accommodate), and in a great BL location. The pool was beautiful and nicely shaded during the day (the only recommendation would have been an additional/4th lounge chair).
We will definitely consider for another BL family vacation!!

Great Family Beach House with poo
Our stay in Barnegat Light at 9 South 16tth Street was the best vacation on LBI we have ever had. The house was extremely well equipped, very comfortable and luxurious. We had 3 generations all who were able to enjoy the time together. The pool was a great feature. We hope to go back next year.

LBI family reunion
The house was perfect for our needs. Everyone was so comfortable. It was well equipped with the best appliances -- The location was fabulous --- very easy to walk to the beach and the pool was a huge hit -- before and after the beach. Our grandchildren had a fabulous time. I highly recommend this property!!!

Wonderful House for a Multi-generation Vacation
We had a wonderful stay here - the house is well equipped and we loved the Sonos sound system throughout the house/yard, the pool, and the proximity of the local market. For elderly, there are a lot of stairs in the house despite the elevator, and for little kids, the walk to the beach is a bit long (the boardwalk drops off and there is a bit of a trek through the sand). There were so many options to hang out after a beach day - rooftop deck, poolside, front porch balcony, etc. We would absolutely stay here again!

Luxe New LBI Property
Look no further for your luxury 5 plus bedroom home. High end amenities. Excellent host, very responsive. Perfect for large family and elevator is a bonus for those who are unable to use stairs.

Great Vacation
We had a really lovely stay! The house is beautiful, brand new and really comfortable for a large group. Our family enjoyed having access to both the beach and the pool. We also had fun playing tennis down the street and renting a pontoon boat for an afternoon. Would definitely recommend!
