- Bedroom 1: Downstairs Master Suite, 1 Queen bed and an ensuite bath with a stand up shower and double vanity. Bedroom has a sliding glass door out to screened porch.
- Bedroom 2 (upstairs): Bunk Room with 2 twin over twin bunk beds and a twin trundle, sleeps 5.
- Bedroom 3: Upstairs Master Suite #1, 1 King bed and ensuite bathroom with stand up shower.
- Bedroom 4: Upstairs Master Suite #2, 1 King bed and ensuite bathroom with stand up shower and double vanity.
- Bedroom 5 (upstairs): Queen bed with sliding glass door out to deck overlooking pool and newly landscaped yard.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due by May 1st for summer weeks and 30 days prior to arrival for shoulder season or off season rentals.
One set of stairs to enter home. Home is two floors with stairs to access the second floor. There is a first floor en suite bedroom and bathroom.

Perfect!
The only negative is that we would not stay 2 weeks! From the moment you walk in you feel like you’re “home” Great house to rent with 3 generations! We had the most wonderful time making memories - house is spotless - location is wonderful!

Awesome week!!
We had a fantastic time with our family. The house is beautiful and in the best location. The kids hanging in the pool while dinner is being made after a full day on the beach is the most amazing plus. Daddy Os rooftop steps away for drinks is also unbeatable. Fabulous!!

Last minute luxury
Everything we could have needed to accommodate four parties, three generations. Best home rental ever. Felt comfortable with toddlers and bigger young kids.
