Everything is NEW. New oven, dishwasher, and full bathroom. Centrally located in Beach Haven Crest, you will be just 2 short blocks back from the beach, steps to the bay!
It is a 3 bedroom unit. The unit is fully fitted and furnished with everything you need for a fantastic vacation.
We provide beach badges, beach gear, kayaks, board games, and books. For the little ones, there is a pack-play, strollers, and high chairs available
Smart TV's in ALL rooms with fast Wi-Fi for all your streaming needs.
The house gets an amazing breeze but also has central air conditioning.
We are located in family-friendly Brant Beach. This quiet area offers close proximity to the bay to watch the sunset and is only 2 blocks from the beach. There is a traffic light at the end of the street, which makes crossing the boulevard safe and easy. We are located right down the street from the Bayview Park beach & playground. This has a children's play area and a lovely bay beach, calm water, and offers stand-up paddleboard and surf lessons. It is close to tennis, basketball, pickleball, the Brant Beach Yacht Club, and various watersports.
Restaurants, ice-cream shops, shopping, rides, and the famous Thundering Surf Waterpark are just minutes away from this ideal location.
It is a short drive to Beach Haven for bars and nightlife, with lots of live entertainment.
The 1st-floor unit of this duplex is what is being rented with a separate entrance. You have your own deck with ample space and outdoor furniture. You also share the huge backyard, also containing lots of outside furniture and grills.
Quilts and pillows will be supplied, you will need to bring your own linens

Policies
CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
INSURANCE - We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
HURRICANES & TROPICAL STORMS - There are NO REFUNDS for hurricanes, tropical storms, or weather conditions, even if a mandatory evacuation is ordered (optional travel insurance is offered for Renters protection or Renter may obtain through a third party. Renter ASSUMES THE RISK).
RATES - subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
$150 cleaning fee.
Refundable security deposit must be paid.
Towels and bed sheets not supplied.
Photo ID must be sent for the person making the booking.
No pets or emotional support animals at any time inside or outside; no proms; no unsupervised teens; no weddings on premises; no candles; no open fire; no tiki torches; no smoking of any kind and no vaping inside or outside.
Must be at least 25 years old to book.
* Sandy Feet must please be washed with the hose at the back corner of the house.
* Beach badges must be left in the house upon checkout.
* You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Cleaning fee : $175

Great find!
We had a wonderful two weeks in Brant Beach. The house was spotless and updated. The homeowners were so helpful and responsive, they treat you like family. The location was great. Walkable to the beach and the bay. You are even close to the grocery store which is a huge plus.

Beautiful new unit!
Marian was an excellent host and the unit had all accommodations we would need! Plenty of beach chairs/equipment to use. The place looked and smelled brand new with new carpets, appliances, etc and it was very pleasant. Nice deck to sit on with comfy chairs. 10/10 would rent again!

Updated and comfortable
We really enjoyed our stay on LBI in August. This rental was in a good location convenient to everything. We beached it with family at other locations on the island so cannot comment on that topic. The place was clean and comfortable for our family of 6, clearly recently renovated. We were in the top unit, so as long as you
are good with steps. Owner Marian is very nice and extremely responsive for the few minor things I had to reach out for.

Amazing stay!!!
Marian is a fanastic host! We last minute were able to take a trip to Long Beach Island and we absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful beach home. It’s renovated, clean and so convenient. Highly reccomend it if you get a chance to stay here! Quiet block, close to the bay and great home with everything you could need for a lovely vacation. And again Marian is an amazing host who will make sure you have a great stay!
