It is on a quiet cul-de-sac and is perfect for families with children. It is close to the bay and a short walk to lifeguarded beaches.
It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath, first floor unit. The unit is fully fitted and furnished with everything you need for a fantastic vacation.
We provide beach badges, beach gear, board games and books.
Smart TV's in all rooms with fast Wi-Fi for all your streaming needs.
Quilts and pillows will be supplied, you will need to bring your own linens,
We are located in family friendly Brant Beach. This quiet area offers close proximity to the bay to watch the sunset and is only 2 blocks from the beach. There is a traffic light at the end of the street, which makes crossing the boulevard safe and easy.
Take a stroll to "Bay Beach" which has a children's play area and a lovely bay beach, calm water and offers stand-up paddleboard and surf lessons. It is close to tennis, basketball, pickleball, the Brant Beach Yacht Club and various watersports.
Restaurants, ice-cream shops, shopping, rides and the famous Thundering Surf Waterpark are just minutes away from this is an ideal location.
It is a short drive to Beach Haven for bars and nightlife, with lots of live entertainment.

Policies
CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
INSURANCE - We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
HURRICANES & TROPICAL STORMS - There are NO REFUNDS for hurricanes, tropical storms, or weather conditions, even if a mandatory evacuation is ordered (optional travel insurance is offered for Renters protection or Renter may obtain through a third party. Renter ASSUMES THE RISK).
RATES - subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
There is a cleaning fee OF $175.
No pets or emotional support animals at any time inside or outside; no proms; no unsupervised teens; no weddings on premises; no candles; no open fire; no tiki torches; no smoking of any kind and no vaping inside or outside.
Must be at least 25 years old to book.
* Sandy Feet must please be washed with the hose at the back corner of the house.
* Beach badges must be left in the house upon checkout.
* You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Wonderful weekend
We had an excellent stay at Marian and Paul's house. From our initial conversation, Marian was extremely nice and very accommodating. The house is clean and has beach gear and kids' toys to make the stay smoother. The backyard is spacious and the covered porch was perfect for cooler nights. Marian was very responsive when asking questions about the house. We could not have had a better weekend and host.

Great Stay
I was looking for a last minute partial week stay and found this gem! My family and I had a wonderful time! The house is super close to the bay and a short walk to the beach. It came with everything we needed including washer dryer which is a necessity for those traveling with kids. Also, all beach chairs and toys were provided so no need to pack extra items. The bathroom was my only drawback. It’s very small with no counter space. There is an outside shower which was a plus. The owner Marian was great and completely responsive. Thanks again for a great time.

Beautiful house in a Perfect location.
Beautiful accomodation, exactly as photographed. House was stocked with everything you would need. (I did not need to pack an outdoor cooler, beach chairs, toys etc).Excellent location, 2 blocks to beach. We were 3 adults and 1 child and everyone had a very comfortable stay. Many places to relax, between backyard and deck. Watched sunset at the bay at the end of the block.
Fabulous vacation!! Would definitely stay here again. Fabulous and helpful hosts. 5 star all the way.

The house was very clean, and everything was new. The location is perfect because it is in a really quiet area, but it is also close to the fun activities at Beach Haven. The bedrooms are all good sizes, and the couch is comfortable. The kitchen is a good size for the space, and the outdoor space is great for coffee on the deck or eating out back. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect family Getaway
Loved this apartment. Everything was so clean and new !! Apartment was decorated nice & beachy , so you feel like you are on vacation at the beach. The host Marian & her husband were very kind , they made sure the apartment had everything we needed and treated us like we were family .
Would definitely rent this apt again !!
