Description
Endearing summer cottage steps to the beach and attractions with relaxing, secluded backyard. Centrally located just off LBI Blvd between Kyuramen, Northside and the Big Dipper. It's also an easy walk to the bay beach for little ones and sunsets. It has a very peaceful tree lined backyard with a deck, retractable awning, outdoor shower, firepit, picnic table, chaise lounges and BBQ. Just a great place to hang out.
The floorplan has two bedrooms with queen beds and a large common room with a separate entrance where drapes provide privacy for the sleeping area. Multiple bed configuration offers up to three couples being able to stay comfortably (twin with a trundle creates a king). Prices are for 7 guests. Add one guest for an additional charge. Pets considered. Pls inquire.

Policies
We are pet friendly with prior approval. Tell us about your pet and we'll tell you about the house and neighborhood to see if it would work. In general, we put a size limit on dogs. Between July and mid-August, there is a fee of $250 and an additional deposit. The fee is waived before or after that period.

Surf City
Perfect beach house! Quick walk to coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and bars. 1 mile bike ride to a gym. Had to work for a day while on vacation and the wifi was very quick and able to support. Definitely hoping to visit again.

Cozy Cottage Summer Fun!
Excellent home and a great location! Less than a five minute walk from the beach. There are loads of shops across the street where you can get coffee, bagels, ice cream, and several dinner options. Strong Wi-Fi allowed me to work inside and outside the house so I took full advantage of the firepit in the backyard and the beautiful weather.

The perfect getaway!
This cute beach house is perfect for a getaway. You can’t beat the location - less than a five minute walk to dozens of restaurants and shops. Easy access to the beach or bay. My favorite part was the backyard - we spent most evenings relaxing around the fire pit. Such a cute and cozy spot, would definitely come back!

Cottage by the beach
Very comfortable house just a short block to the beach.
Had room for several grandkids. Located centrally to some great
eating establishments. We loved the back yard with the retractable awning on the deck. After sundown the fire pit was very relaxing..

Great beach house. Nice outdoor space in back. We enjoyed being close to the beach!

Surf City
I like to be outside most of the time if possible, and the yard was great! The picnic table was great for meals, and we enjoyed to sitting out and playing games. We also liked the privacy of the fence and trees, and would have enjoyed the fire pit if I didn't have a coughing illness. There was nothing lacking that we needed in the kitchen, and the TV had a nice sharp picture. I really liked the decor too. Everyone found their bed to be comfortable and we liked the easy up and down window blinds. There was also plenty of hot water for all of our showers. Overall, I would say you have a cozy place there. And if course, you can't be the location.

Location, location, location!
Perfect location; easy walk to anything you need in the heart of Surf City. Beds were comfy. Air worked great. Awesome backyard to relax and play in for the kids. Easy communication with owner. We definitely will be booking again!

Great Summer Getaway
The perfect amount of space for two people looking to getaway for the Summer. I, and my girlfriend booked our week in the middle of June and it was absolutely worth it. The weather was great, and everything around us was open for the summer season. John was a great host, and made sure our stay was memorable. I would highly recommend staying in this cozy beach house, it was great for us. Even with children, there is plenty of space with additional bedrooms. We will definitely be staying here next Summer!

Tried something new and loved it!
We just finished a wonderful early June week at this quaint house. We've been going to Surf City for years and always rented a duplex a few blocks from the beach. But we now have three children. So, we wanted to be closer to the beach in a quieter place (naps!) and not share the backyard. This was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and we were close to everything we needed in Surf City (especially the ice cream shop!). And it was close to the beach so we didn't have to carry everything for the kids for blocks. We are looking forward to returning next year.
