Description
Our 4+ bedroom, 2 full 1-half bath home, sleeps 12 and is ONLY 1 block to the beach with traffic light & crosswalk (very important!), and enjoys bay and ocean views as well as glorious sunrises and sunsets. After a day at the beach, relax in the salt water heated pool, grill and continue your outdoor beach vacation.
The house is within a short walk to the Beach, the Harvey Cedars Marina, the Bible Conference, the Harvest Cove and the Bay. It is also located within short biking/walking distance to Harvey Cedars Park, restaurants and shops.
The renovated new kitchen, equipped with all new stainless appliances and cookware, new bathrooms reversed living home’s top floor with high ceilings and open concept is perfect for relaxing family gatherings. The house has central AC for maximum comfort for those hot summer days. Enjoy 3 decks, salt water heated pool, outdoor shower and several outdoor eating/lounge areas. Fast Wi-Fi, streaming TVs in each bedroom and 8 beach badges included.
On the top floor: 1) the great room with TV, sectional; 2) dining area; 3) a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and sliders to roof deck, front deck and outdoor seating; 4) a half bath; 5) a master ensuite with king size bed, TV, walk-in closet, and deck access with pool views.
On the middle floor: 1) a family room (or 5th bedroom) ideal with sectional, a TV and sliders to decking with outdoor seating 2) guest room with queen size bed & full size bed, 3) guest room with full size bed, 4) guest room (1 twin, 2 twin bunk and 1 twin trundle) 5) main full bath with tub and 6) oversize laundry room.
We provide bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bath towels. All mattresses have encased protection and are in like new condition. We also provide light amounts of toiletries, pantry items, and paper products for kitchen and bathrooms. Beach towels are not provided.
Please note… This is for family rentals only. This is our second home and we expect it to be treated by others with respect and care. We do not allow prom or graduation parties and we do not rent to students. We take great pride in owning and sharing this home with your family. We personally clean, prepare, maintain, and manage the house for every stay. We welcome your family to relax and enjoy the fun memories you will create here!

Policies

SECURITY HELD FOR 30 DAYS.
NO CHILDREN, UNDER 18, IN THE POOL WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION. INDIVIDUAL FAMILY/RENTER WAIVER WILL BE REQUIRED.
First payment in amount of 1/2 the rental term is due at the time of booking together with a signed rental agreement and $750 security deposit.
Second payment in amount of second 1/2 of the rental term is due 1 month before check-in date.

Renter will be emailed a contract when reservation is made. Renter will have 3 days to return signed contract to owners. Upon owners’ receipt of signed contract, booking is considered complete. 50% of Total Due (Rental Fee and Security Deposit) is to be received by owner within 7 days of booking. The remaining 50% of Total Due can be paid to owner in full as specified in contract. All payments must be received 60 days prior to rental start date. If rental booking is within 60 days of rental start date, rental monies is due in full at time of booking. Cancelled bookings will not receive a refund unless owner is able to re-book that rental period at the same rate. Travel insurance is suggested.

Great house
We love this house. There were 8 of us & we had plenty to room. Love the way the house is set up, especially all the outdoor spaces and screened in area. The game room was a big hit with everybody, both adults & the kids. We spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool after returning from a fun day at the beach. The location is great also, just a short walk to the beach and the bay for fishing and crabbing. Dan was so easy to work with and we can't wait to stay there again

Outstanding Experience
Our vacation in Mr. Snyder's beautiful home this year was by far our best one yet. We have been vacationing at LBI for 8 years now. Each year we have stayed in a different home. We have finally found the home that we hope to return to.
The home was nothing but perfect for our family. The cleanliness of the home was above par. I was a little worried about pets being allowed due to allergies. However, the home was in mint condition. We travel with our two kids under 8 and my parents. The home was so large and accommodating, there was something for everyone. We loved the surprise bonus of the game room in the garage. Our kids had the best time learning to play some of the games. We cooked dinner most nights and the kitchen was well stocked.
The pool was clean and warm. Everything outside was maintained to perfection. The furniture and linens were high quality. There was absolutely nothing that could have been changed. The owner had excellent communication and was easily reachable. We look forward to many more memories there.

Another great week
We enjoyed another great week at this beautiful property.
The place was spotless and has everything you could need for a really nice vacation. The whole family enjoyed the week. The owners very responsive but we really didn’t need them. The pool,
games in the basement, proximity to the beach, furnishings are the best. I don’t think anyone could ask for more.

Family Reunion 2023
I planned this trip while undergoing treatment for breast cancer. The thought of a reunion since we spent many vacations on LBI helped. Our parents did right offering meals, lodging and beach access for many years. We all enjoyed fishing, crabbing etc. so I found the pet friendly option and multiple bathrooms for a family of 8 (9 with Coco)
This home is gorgeous! Multiple decks with stunning views of the ocean and bay. The kitchen is well stocked- even including real wine glasses! Which was treat as we sampled home made wine from California.
There is a good sized dining table with linens to satisfy a good sized family with outdoor dining options.
The home is spacious and clean! There are plenty of fresh linens and white bath towels.
The pool did not disappoint even though there is a short walk to the beach. Some even preferred the outdoor showers!
Activity wise- there is so much to offer in the garage including the corn hole game - I’m disappointed we did not use.
The kitchen was super stocked with appliances- including four options for coffee- and with that some walked across the street daily to purchase lattes. I did purchase bread myself which was delicious!
A double kayak is available and a marina close by for additional rentals.
Docks nearby for bay fishing and crabbing - and best of all the ability to have my eight year old dog with me as well.
I watched the sunrise on the beach every morning and sunset every night. I could be found on the upper deck (crows nest) which I claimed as my office every early morning..moved to the lower deck for morning yoga. Some preferred the screen porch. So much room - it’s a great location and atmosphere

Perfect House (Again)
This house is an outstanding vacation rental. I stayed here for a 2nd summer with my family of 9, plus 2 babies and 5 dogs and we continued to be blown away by the quality of this house. The house is the cleanest and most well equipped that we have ever rented on LBI. It was a pleasure to have the beds made, the towels, a well stocked kitchen, high quality furniture, a TV in every room, and most importantly the pool! The owners are very responsive to questions and provide beach badges for beach access. My family and I will definitely be staying here for a 3rd summer.

Family Fun
First time renting this house and we were glad we did. The weather didn’t cooperate but we still had fun. The home has everything needed, comfy beds, linens and towels provided, great furniture, plenty of TV’s. There are multiple decks to enjoy including one screened in deck for rainy days. The heated pool was well maintained and a big hit even in the rain. The lower level provided us with a ping pong table, foosball table, ladder golf and cornhole for the entire family to enjoy. Great beach access just across the street. Our hosts were very attentive also. Overall we had a great week

Amazing Vacation
This was one of the most beautiful houses we've ever stayed at. The house was absolutely perfect. They supplied everything we could possibly need. The location to the beach was only a block away. It was early in the season and chilly so the heated pool was very convenient. The views from the rooftop were stunning. The owners were awesome and quick to reply. We hope to book again next summer!!

Wonderful House
Beautiful very clean house with a lot of room. Perfect location for the family with the beach so close but the best part is the pool in the backyard. Will be renting again next season. Owners are great and very responsive. The house was better than I ever expected!
