Custom built in 2022. This spacious, reverse-living home is located in Brant Beach just steps away from the Brant Beach Yacht Club. New, clean and beautifully decorated with a coastal vibe, this home features a large open concept living room on the second floor and an additional family room on the lower level, as well as 2 master bedroom suites, 2 additional bedrooms and a 3-stop elevator - the perfect family vacation destination. With only one block from beach to bay (at a traffic light), you have the best of both worlds - beachside and bayside! Plenty of parking too!
House is well equipped all new furnishings, multiple balconies, heated pool with poolside seating, backyard tiled patio, landscaping, covered/furnished patio with smart tv and fireplace that you can watch from the pool.
Features of this home include: 3 stop elevator, chef's kitchen w/ 36" range and chimney hood, hardwood floors throughout, custom cabinetry, ship lap accents, 2 zone AC, ceiling fans throughout, separate laundry room with new washer/dryer and private indoor/outdoor shower. All bedrooms have flatscreen smart TVs, ceiling fans, nightstands, dressers, closets and blinds. Amazing sunrises & sunsets and a full view of the Atlantic City skyline from the furnished rooftop deck, or relax on one of the three additional furnished decks.
2nd floor features the open concept kitchen/dining room/living room (75” smart tv), island that seats 8, master suite with custom king bed, large private bathroom and walk-in closet, plus powder room. Outdoor deck (accessible from living room and master bedroom) features new table/chairs for outdoor eating. Back deck features two Adirondack chairs and new sectional.
1st floor features secondary family room with wet bar, junior master suite with queen bed/private bathroom, 3rd bedroom with queen bed and private patio, 4th bedroom has two twin beds and a twin trundle bed to sleep 4 comfortably. Large private laundry room with sink and access an additional furnished deck. Family room and all 1st floor bedrooms have wall-mounted tv’s (smart tv's in bedrooms, cable tv in family room).
Garage: Entry to three stop elevator, ping-pong table, extra refrigerator, beach chairs, beach toys/games/boogie boards - all provided for your enjoyment! Oh plug for any electric vehicle.
Outdoors: Take a break from the beach in our large heated saltwater pool with fountain in our private, fenced in yard. Relax in Adirondack chairs or chaise lounges around the pool, or relax in seating area under the covered patio with 65" smart TV- viewable from pool. Enjoy a meal under the covered patio with top of the line built in grill, beverage fridge, ice maker, and table for 8. Play a game of Corn Hole or Jenga. The outdoor shower can be accessed from both inside or out.
Pick up breakfast or lunch at Island Market across the street, lunch dinner and dessert at Custard Hut, or enjoy some delicious dessert at Iceberg Ice Cream down the block, or be sure to check out Bayview Park just a short walk from the house with access to a large playground, tennis courts, and amazing bay views.
Just 2 mile drive to the bridge, or 3-4 mile rile to the heart of Beach Haven bars/restaurants, Fantasy Island Amusement Park, Thundering Surf Water Park, Schooner’s Wharf, Ship Bottom Brewery, food stores and a pharmacy.
Rainy day activities: Ping pong table, board games, books, puzzles. This home provides everything you need to have a relaxing, memorable vacation!

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Outdoor Oasis
I have now rented Tara's place multiple times- with family + toddler and for a girls weekend. I love this spot, it's conveniently located on the island, the outdoor spaces are incredible no matter if it's raining or sunny, the backyard literally feels like a resort. There are so many spaces inside to hang as well and the beds are super comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and the cafe across the blvd is great for lunch and breakfast grabs. I love the quick walk to the bay for sunsets as well. I will continue to rent here as long as Tara will have me! :)

Fantastic house with all the extras!
This house had plenty of room to spread out and a fabulous outdoor area…we loved hanging at the house so much that we spent most afternoons out at the pool! Tara was a pleasure to work with and answered all of my questions and checked in with me during the week. Everything was clean and new and the kitchen was stocked with anything you would need and more.
The biggest bonus was the garage filled with brand new beach chairs, boogie boards, 2 wagons for the beach, and several bikes to use! Our kids loved that they could walk or bike to get ice cream, and we felt safe that there was a traffic light on our block to help cross the main road. Beach was an easy 2 block walk. Would absolutely rent this house again- thank you Tara for a great beach week!!

Spectacular Home Loved Every Minute
Beautiful brand new home in between bay and ocean- super location. 6 of us stayed with room for 6 more! Bedrooms perfectly appointed - we used the kitchen often! Anything you would possibly need available to you. We loved the outdoor kitchen as well! Views upon views multiple decks and we played corn hole, board games and Pool was so much fun! You will not regret it. Owners are very communicative and wonderful.
