Policies
Reservation hold deposits are refundable up until the date when the first deposit is due, which is January 31, 2024.Tenant’s request for cancellation of this booking must be stated in writing. Tenant will receive a refund of payments made, only if the property is re-rented. Effort will be made to re-rent the property upon receipt of the written request and must be before 60 days prior to rental week. In the event the property is not re-rented, the balance of the rent under the lease shall be due and payable in full by the date indicated.

Comfortable home in a great location
Our family enjoyed this lovely home which has plenty of space and was very comfortable and clean. Everything you need was there from beach chairs and umbrellas to a well-equipped kitchen. We appreciated the on-site laundry and outdoor shower, too. Being only several homes down from the beach and a quick walk or bike ride to restaurants and activities, it was the perfect location. The owner was helpful and responsive with any questions we had. Keypad access to the home made checking in and out simple. Highly recommend.
