Description
Welcome to Sunset Cove - our modern & relaxing fully updated townhouse. A Bright and Open concept 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Bayfront townhouse located in LBI's quiet and desirable neighborhood of Holgate. Our home captures views of the Bay and Sunsets every night from all windows, bedrooms, each of the 3 balconies, AND rooftop.
We feature a fully updated kitchen and living room with 65" Smart TV and electric fireplace, high speed WIFI for working remotely, in-unit Washer and Dryer, central AC, and plenty of seating for the whole family. We also provide a full garage equipped with beach chairs, beach mats, and umbrellas.
The small townhouse complex boasts a great pool and has direct access to Holgate's bay beach as well as the local playground and tennis courts. There is also no pets, smoking, or trailers allowed.
Sunset Cove is also a short drive (5 minutes) or bike ride to all Beach Haven has to offer between the restaurants, bars, and shops including Fantasy Island and Bay Village.
The bright and open living room/kitchen area is beaming with natural sunlight all throughout the day. The Kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, Cuisinart Dual Coffee Machine (Coffee maker and K-Cup), toaster, and comes stocked with all necessary cookware, plates, cups, and utensils. The kitchen has seating for 3 at the bar along with a dining table that fits at least 6. A washer and dryer is also located near the bedrooms.
The Master Bedroom overlooks the bay with a separate private balcony as well. It has a king-sized bed, TV, ceiling fan, and en suite bathroom with rainfall shower. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed TV and ceiling fan as well. The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds to fit 4 comfortably. All bedrooms have all new beach-themed bedding and linens!
Fresh linens and towels will be provided along with simple bathroom and kitchen starter items as well as a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board in the condo.

Fabulous Family Vacation
My family and I had one of the most wonderful family vacations ever thanks to this beautiful property with its great amenities and views. I have never been to a place that was so well-equipped and stocked with just about everything needed from day one. This was our first vacation to LBI and Kyle could not have been more helpful and friendly both before and after our stay. We are already planning our next trip to Sunset Cove! Gorgeous!
What a find! More beautiful in person! This place was immaculate and very nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for all of our meals. The rental includes all of the linens, towels and everything you need for the beach - umbrellas, carts, chairs - which made packing for the vacation easy. Gorgeous sunset views from the rooftop and deck off the family room. We had a great family vacation and we highly recommend this property! It was a pleasure working with Kyle - he was accessible and responsive to any questions.

Amazing
Pristine property. Amazing views. Loaded with things for the kids to do. Was a perfect lil getaway at a perfect location. Steps away from beach or perfect hangout spot with grill and chairs on the “bay/dock” side. Overall great experience!!!

Beautiful townhouse
We just stayed in this beautiful townhouse for a long weekend. The place is spotless. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. You feel like you’re surrounded by water. Every window you look out of has a bay view. The beach is nearby; however, the bay beach is spacious and very pretty if you just want to stay there. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfection!
We had an awesome week here and the owner was very responsive with any questions we had leading up to and during our stay! He did an absolutely amazing job renovating, top to bottom, every detail was noticed and appreciated. From the comfortable beds with soft linens, cozy throw blankets in every room and beautiful finishes throughout. Most of the household items we packed we wound up not even needing because everything was generously provided. Even a nicely stocked closet of board games! Each day we discovered something new we loved about the property and with the bay beach and play ground right next door, there was never a shortage of outdoor fun! All of that and amazing sunsets every night made it hard to leave. We’ll be back next year!

Beautiful property with beautiful views!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! The space is brand new and clean, and in an excellent location. Surrounded by water on both sides with excellent views. Bay beach located right next to the home is wonderful and ocean beach is a quick walk down the block. Home came equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to linens, beach chairs and umbrellas. Highly recommend!

Great Rental for Family
Located on the bay with beautiful views and one block to beach. Check in was easy, interior is newly renovated and in great condition. Comfortably sleeps eight. Rental comes with linens, towels, 8 beach badges, beach chairs, umbrellas & beach cart. Kyle, the owner, is easy to work with. I highly recommend this rental.

Great property and spectacular views from everywhere
I highly recommend this property for family vacations. Great location right on the bay, a block from the ocean, spectacular views, clean and gorgeous interior, and amazing amenities making packing less arduous. We had an amazing time and kids bikes everyday into Beach Haven only a few minutes away. Highly recommend
