Please Note: This home will be newly equipped with minisplit, wall HVAC units (goodbye window units!), be freshly painted & have all new furniture installed allowing for a more comfortable stay & to accomodate bigger families. Updated photos to come in the coming months!
This home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms & an enclosed outdoor shower. When you walk in you'll be greeted by the cozy living room featuring a smart TV & sectional couch. You'll then make your way into the kitchen where you'll find a spacious center island equipped with 4 stools & a dining table. Off of the kitchen you'll step down into the garage where you'll find a secondary full sized fridge, a side by side washer and dryer, a ping pong table & all of your beach equipment & bikes. The main floor also includes a full bathroom as well as 2 bedrooms, one with a full over full bunkbed & one with 2 queen beds. You'll then be lead upstairs where there is another 2 bedrooms, one with 2 full sized beds & one with a king bed featuring a private en suite. Enjoy the days & nights from the private fenced in back yard with a saltwater pool & whirl tub, large dining table, grill, fire pit, outdoor shower & turf area. 2 car spots are available in the driveway as well as ample off street parking. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, 5 badges & 2 bikes are included. This home is walkable to various shops, restaurants and ice cream. Walkable or short bike ride into the heart of Beach Haven. 5 minute walk to the beach. Wireless internet.

Sheets & Towels – Not provided, but are available through a local service. Please inquire for more info.
Toilet Paper & Paper Towels – We provide a couple of rolls to get you started, the rest is up to you.
Bath Soap, Shampoo & other personal care products are also not provided.

Great location, amazing backyard.
We had a great stay with the family. The location is perfect as the beach, attractions and restaurants are all walkable. The yard is huge, plenty of space for the kids to run around and they loved the pool after a day at the beach. Would definitely return!

Wonderful house and location
We had a fantastic family vacation week at this wonderful home. The location cannot be beat and the outdoor space is even bigger than the pictures imply. We basically spent all of our time outside enjoying the many spaces.
The house is clean and perfectly appointed. We cooked family meals for 10 with ease! The AC works well throughout the house.
Honestly my only recommendation would be to change the bedroom set ups. In addition to the master, there are three bedrooms. Two of them have two twin beds and the third has two queens. For visitors with a mix of adults and kids, it would have been easier for us to have two bedrooms with queen beds and the third bedroom with bunks.

Perfect Setup
We had a fantastic time at this lovely house. It was well thought out and setup for fun and relaxation by the pool. Happy to recommend and plan on returning with the family next year.
