Plenty of space for your family, w/4 bedrooms and 2 gathering spaces (w/couches & smart TVs). The large private fenced yard features outdoor shower, gas grill, dining area, gas fire pit, chaise lounges, corn hole & outdoor games
First floor: King BR, Bunk BR (twin bed over full w/twin trundle), kitchen, dining room, living room, full bath, Washer/dryer.
Second floor: Queen BR, Full BR, living room, plus bonus alcove with twin daybed. Full bathroom w/shower (*new 2022*)
Beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and 6 beach badges are provided. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Perfect Beach House
If you’re looking for the perfect beach home for your family, this is it. The house is so charming and is decorated beautifully. It’s close to the beach and the bay. There is plenty of space for your family and you have all the amenities that you need. We have stayed here two years in a row and can’t wait to come back next year.

Perfect location for your family getaway!
This home is so comfortable and clean. So much space is offered both upstairs and down - it makes it easy to share or create separate space for kids and adults. This really helped give everyone their space. The large private yard is a perfect place to BBQ and spend a lazy summer night! It was easy to walk to the beach and bay to catch an amazing sunset. We’ll be back!

Convenient and clean!
We were very happy upon arriving at the house. It was clean and beautifully decorated. We really liked that there was one living room downstairs and another living space down stairs. This really helped give everyone their space. The house was stocked with everything you could need for cooking as well as for the beach. The backyard was also private and a perfect place for the kids to play and adults to hang out. It was easy to walk to the beach, bay and a few restaurants. We even walked to Fantasy Island (about a mile).

Special touches galore throughout this clean, beautifully decorated beach house makes you feel right at home. Close to the beach and bay. Short walking distance to several restaurants. Enjoyed our stay there and can’t wait to return soon! We highly recommend it.

I have now stayed at this beach house twice and plan on returning! The house is immaculate and charming. There are homey touches everywhere- coffee bar, fire pit circle- everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The best part was the location close to beach and bay. Highly recommend!

Adorable
This house is adorable. The owners have transformed a dated cottage into a seaside gem! Decor is beautiful and the amenities are well thought out. Short walk to the ocean and bay side beaches.
