Rooms are as follows: King Bed with en-suite bath and stunning balcony to enjoy morning coffee or happy hour, (2) twin beds with trundles in bedroom upstairs with balcony (hall bath), bedroom downstairs with queen bed, and kids' bedroom equipped with twin over full bunk bed and twin over twin with trundle bunk bed (sleeps 6). Hall half bath and full bath downstairs. All bedrooms have BRAND NEW smart TVs, appliances (including new refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher, wine refrigerator on second floor, and washer and dryer) two spacious living rooms, family room downstairs and den upstairs with queen sectional sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, and desk for working from home, and a wet bar with keurig coffee and mini refrigerator. Large open kitchen, eat-in nook, and bonus sunroom to kick back and relax with a new sleeper sofa. New flooring throughout the house. NEW POOL being built this year for summer of 2025. Highly recommend!
Such a great home! The location was perfect and the open space of the home made it easy for a large group to enjoy a week together. The owner thought of everything to accommodate a family with young to older children, down to black shades in the master bedroom! I highly recommend this rental.

Amazing Home and Week!
We have spent the past few years renting in LBI , mainly in Holgate so wanted to try a home in Spray Beach. This home was immaculate, so clean with new mattresses and floors. Everything you need, with a beautiful backyard and 6 houses to beach made it so easy to come back for lunch. With 3 full baths and an outdoor shower, it helped our large group! The large dining table, breakfast nook and counter chairs all made it great for our group to eat. Plus the 2 living room spaces, one upstairs and one downstairs allowed for adults vs teens to have their own space. The owner was very responsive to any questions and the kids had a great time going to fantasy island every night and local restaurants. You will love it!

Great house in a great location!
Wonderful house! Me and my friends had a fantastic time and this clean beautifully decorated house. We enjoyed the two separate family rooms and a large kitchen with a lot of seating for all of us. The backyard was so unique having little areas to sit with the fire pit and lots of shade had a Key West vibe. We love the large round table perfect for a big group outside. The location is perfect close to the Pray beach hotel, and lots of restaurants and shopping that you could walk to. The owner Michelle was a pleasure and always available. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful Stay!
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house is super clean, spacious and decorated with that fun beach house vibe. We enjoyed having two separate living room areas so the teens and the parents could have their own places to socialize. We also enjoyed the many decks for morning coffee and just relaxing. The yard is quite unique with its flowering garden beds, shrubs, trees and fire pit. Not the usual backyard of a beach house. It was fun watching the birds while enjoying morning coffee! The house being steps from the beach was so convenient. It was so nice to be able to walk back for a lunch or an additional beach chair. The house has everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. Michele was a pleasure to work with. Thank you!!

Beautiful House & Friendly/Responsive Owner
We rented this beautiful house for our wedding weekend. It truly was the perfect house for us! It was clean and very spacious. The backyard is set up perfectly, too with a fire pit, table and plenty of seating around both. We were able to have our rehearsal dinner at the house because of the space inside and outside! The house was set up so nicely and the decor was so pretty, the groomsmen got ready there! The location is great! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Michele was amazing to work with while booking and very quick to respond to any questions we had. They also had a binder in the kitchen that could answer any questions we had while staying there. If anyone is looking for a house for the wedding weekend, we highly recommend this house!

Beautiful house & very responsive owner
A large group of us (12) stayed the weekend for a wedding and the house easily accommodated everybody with beds to spare. The space was clean, plenty of kitchen supplies and all appliances worked as they should. The common areas were comfortable and allowed us to spread out and hold multiple conversations at once, without feeling loud or crowded. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the fire pit each night, and enjoy the sun on the balcony during the day. The house is a block from the Drift Beach Bar, which had delicious fish tacos & drinks, as well as from the beautiful LBI beach. Room for about 6 cars between the garage and driveway, as well as street parking. Overall we had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again.
Michele was also very responsive during booking and with any questions throughout the process - made me very comfortable with my first VRLBI rental.

GREAT Family-Friendly Rental
This is a GREAT beach house with a wonderful, spacious layout - perfect for a large family or multiples! The beds were all super comfy and the owner has gone above and beyond to equip the house with a lot of amenities that made our stay extra enjoyable and that we certainly appreciated not having to squeeze into our already packed car—high chair, pack n play, wagon, chairs, umbrellas, bikes, extra shopping bags for the grocery store, portable Bluetooth speaker for the patio or beach, etc! And we really appreciated the blackout shades in the bedrooms that were provided so our kiddos could keep to their day time nap schedules with no issues! The backyard patio is much larger than most rentals located so close to the beach and has a BEAUTIFUL landscaped atmosphere—perfect for BBQing, hanging out by the fire pit, and even has enough room for a full game of bean bags/corn hole to add to the fun. The owner was very accommodating and quick with responses to all of our questions. Even when we ended up needing to make a quick trip to urgent care while away on vacation for my son’s bee sting, she was helpful in pointing us to the nearest care. Absolutely one of our favorite beach vacations and rentals. If you’re looking for a real gem in a prime location on LBI, this is it!!

Great family home!
We had a wonderful time with family over the Labor Day holiday. House was clean and everything was easy to find. The owner was so helpful and easy to communicate with! We loved spending time in the amazing backyard. So close to beach that it was easy to go back and forth with kids. Right at beach entrance there a great restaurant/bar that we went to everyday! Highly recommend this home. And will rent again in future.
