Description

This 3 bedroom family house includes master on the 1st floor with a queen bed and an adjoining bathroom. Upstairs includes another queen carpeted bedroom, a 2 twin carpeted bedroom and a full bathroom. The front room includes a queen sofa bed.
This beach house boasts hardwood floors, a fully-stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. An airy rear addition features an open concept dining room and second living room with a second fireplace and vaulted ceiling. Sliding glass doors lead to a deck and backyard with upper and lower seating areas that are great after a day on the beach.
Six beach badges as well as family games and kids books included. Also included; Wi-Fi, central air, ceiling fans, cable, washer/dryer, outdoor enclosed shower, patio table with seating for 8, gas grill, and driveway parking for 2. Cleaning fee included.
No pets, no smoking, parties or renters under 25 years old.
Linens are not provided. Beds will have mattress pads and pillows. Please bring own sheets, pillowcases, and towels. You can also rent them from LBI Dreammakers.

Great house and location

Wonderful 3 bedroom home with 2 living areas. The house was well equipped. Quick walk to the beach. Loved the outdoor area and grill to gather as a family. Perfect location - close to grocery store, walk to ice cream and other shops.
