Spectacular bay views from this reversed living, cedar shingle beach getaway. Open concept living with cathedral ceiling throughout the entire upper floor and a wall of windows overlooking the bay. Gourmet kitchen, expansive island, and a separate dedicated bar section for the mixologist in your family. The couch on the upper level pulls out to a queen size bed, if needed. The 3 bedrooms are on the middle level and the master includes a private porch with a bay view. A half bath, sink, countertop, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer are available on the ground floor adjacent to the outdoor living space. A wooden fence surrounds the back yard enclosing a patio with an outdoor hot tub, couch set, gas firepit, shower, deck space, and BBQ/eating area. Just around the corner is a bay beach and beautiful pavilion perfect for young ones to splash and play in the calm protected waters. After a long day of fun in the sun, walk west to the bulkhead at the end of the block and experience the most magnificent sunsets over historic Barnegat Bay. Situated in the "village" of Beach Haven Terrace, park your car for the weekend, you won't need it! Marvels market's famous fresh donuts are just a few blocks away as well as restaurants, ice cream, a pickle-ball court, libations at the Terrace Tavern, Fritzies' Wine and Liquor, and Wawa. The beach is a quick 3 block walk. Rental includes 2 bikes, 8 beach chairs and a beach umbrella. We got you covered!

Beautiful LBI Home
We stayed at Theresa’s home for a long weekend and we couldn’t have been happier! The home has beautiful views and is just a short walk from the water. We got lots of use out of the back patio and hot tub. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful Sunsets on the Bay
We really enjoyed our stay in Beach Haven Terrace. This charming house was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The house is awesome, very well-maintained and comfortable. Loved the views of the bay from the windows
upstairs and the balcony downstairs.
Very close to the bay and a short walk to the beach. Great outside space and a great family neighborhood!

Amazing week
This place was great. It had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, hot tub and walk in lower level with a kitchenette and bathroom. Great for all of your needs when coming back from the beach. Chairs and umbrella, beach badges included. Our kids loved the bunk beds. I loved the balcony looking towards the bay. An easy 3 minute walk to the bay beach. A longer walk to the ocean beach with kids and all their stuff. We drove and never had an issue finding a spot to park curbside. We wished we could have stayed longer!!!!

Our stay at 124 W Delaware Avenue, Beach Haven Terrace
I can’t say enough about this wonderful property! Reverse living with beautiful bay views. This home is outfitted to the nines. And the location!!! Walk to several fabulousl restaurants, plus Marvel’s Bakery, and Wawa, A short walk to the beach makes it extra special! We had a fantastic two week vacation there and hope to return next season. I highly recommend!

Wonderful week at LBI
We absolutely loved our stay at Theresa’s home. So much so, that we are coming back again next year!
Our family loved sitting outside and getting in the hot tub. It was fun walking to watch the sunset along the bay and just a short walk to the beach!
We also loved walking to some of our favorite restaurants like Howard’s and California Grill and of course warm donuts from Marvel’s!
The house was so clean and had plenty of room for us to spread out. We also really liked having a refrigerator both upstairs and downstairs.
We can’t wait to go back!

A Wonderful Spring Break!
It was a joy to stay at this lovely beach home for Spring Break! So many details to make ones visit comfortable and beautiful views out every window. Theresa was so kind and quick to respond. The door living space and hot tub was perfect, even in the cool weather. Can't wait to visit again!
