Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Great house!
Amazing house- we enjoyed our stay very much as two families who were traveling with 3 babies/children. It was spacious with multiple outdoor decks with nice views and located very close to the beach.

Beautiful home - close to beach
This home checked all the boxes. Was large - 4 bedrooms. Very comfortable
Host was a true delight to work with. She is kind and goes over the top to ensure that all is as promised
The beach is a short walk — just across the street. Beach has provided lifeguards—- very important to us as we had a child in the group.
Views off the rooftop deck are gorgeous
And the deck off the first floor —- my favorite of all. Cozy deck furniture

Comfortable, spacious, accommodating
We stayed two weeks at this wonderful house! The walk to the public beach access with restrooms was very convenient. The location was great for biking, walking and driving to nearby restaurants and shops. The provided linen service was an added bonus! Yana was excellent in communicating and making sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

Great house!
Our families had a great week at this rental. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Short walk to the beach. Owner was very responsive to our questions and made our vacation seamless.

Perfect house!
The house was beautiful and exactly as advertised. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of room and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the proximity of the beach and the bay. Great views from the rooftop deck. We will definitely come back.

Great Family Rental
We stayed here with friends (4 children under 3 years old). The house was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The house is a very short walk to the beach which was ideal for our family. Yana was very responsive throughout the rental process and was available to answer any questions we had during our stay.

Best Stay!!
Stayed here for a week with friends and family the house was clean and equipped with everything we needed to cook and go to the beach. Yana was very attentive to everything we needed and made sure we were well taken care of! Will definitely be staying again!!

Perfect Vacation Home
This was the best house we have ever rented on the island. It was well stocked and taken care of, and if you have any questions the owner would respond within minutes. The views and outdoor space cannot be beat. Best part was the walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. Can’t wait to visit again.
