The unit has been completely renovated with an open floor plan for entertaining. The kitchen is brand new with granite counters and beautiful harbor views while cooking! There are two full baths with custom tile, one attached to the master. The three rooms have two queen beds and a set of twin bunk beds.
The house is located right on Bayview Ave. It is easy to walk or bike to Viking village, restaurants, Jen's Links miniature golf, and the beach at the end of the street. Plenty of free parking all over Barnegat Light
Barnegat Light on Long Beach Island is a fishing village, with great charm. There are numerous bars and restaurants that serve the local catch. Concerts are Tuesdays in the summer. Tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball and skate board parks.

Policies
Smoking is not allowed in the home, on the deck, or on the premises.
Tenant Promises: The person signing this contract will be present during the entire rental period and is at least 25 years of age. (any form of sublet is NOT allowed)
NO EVENTS of any kind are allowed on the property. This is a house in a residential neighborhood and Tenant agrees to not have ANY type of event at the house, including, but not limited to wedding parties or pre-parties of any kind, or ANY OTHER EVENT.
Family Neighborhood: Tenant acknowledges that the location of the property and proximity to the beach and bay and residential areas is a main attraction of the house and agrees to be considerate when outside during later evening hours.
Tenant Promises: (1) Not to act in a loud, boisterous, unruly or inconsiderate manner or disturb the rights of neighbors to peace and quiet enjoyment of their properties, or allow any guests on the property to do so; (2) to use the home only as a private residence, not to engage in any activity or allow any condition that is illegal or dangerous, or to allow his/ her guests to do so.
Tenant Promises: Not to damage or misuse the home and contents or allow his/her guests to do so; and that the home will be left in good condition at Check-out. No sitting or leaning on the deck railings. Tenant shall pay for any repairs or replacement, and all loss or damage to the house and its contents.
Tenant Promises: to inform owner IMMEDIATELY if there are any issues with the home, ESPECIALLY with any water leakage or other maintenance issue that may cause damage to the home if not remedied immediately.
Tenant Promises: to make sure no tenants, family, or guests trespass on or about the business premises behind the residential house, or in the owner’s garage and downstairs space. Cameras monitor the boats and boat repair business behind the residence.

GREAT house!
We stayed a week with our 4 kids. There is plenty of room and the house is perfectly updated. The open concept kitchen and living room was large enough for everyone to gather easily. The sunset views over the bay are amazing and it is an easy walk to Viking Village. Definitely a great house in a great location!

Beautiful Sunsets
Stayed for a week. The sunsets were fantastic and the beach and restaurants were within walking distance of the house. I came back to the house, grilled on the deck, watched the fishing boats go by and watched the the incredible sunsets.
The house was recently renovated and the hosts were very responsive, even when I needed to find where the towels were!
All in all an amazing getaway! We are definitely going to come back next year!
