Additionally, full size bedroom with queen bed that leads to the pool, full bathroom, and living room (tiki room) with 65-inch flat screen television that can be used as a sixth bedroom w/pull out couch. Elevator access to second and third floors.
SECOND FLOOR: large open living room with 65-inch flatscreen television, wine refrigerator, and plenty of seating. One junior master bedroom with queen bed, private full bathroom, and flat screen television. Additionally, two full size bedrooms with queen beds and flatscreen televisions. Large laundry room (w/washer, dryer, and ironing board). Elevator access to first/ground and third floors.
THIRD FLOOR: reverse living area concept with spacious and open furnished front outdoor deck with ocean views. Dining room with vaulted ceiling that seats 10/12 comfortably with additional ocean views. Living room with large L-shaped couch, 65-inch flat screen television over gas fireplace. The kitchen is very large and fully equipped with stainless steel state-of-the-art kitchen appliances and quartz counter tops. Wonderful Vacation Home
We loved our vacation home and highly recommend anyone to stay at this house! Very tastefully decorated, extremely clean, well-organized, steps to the beach, and great rooftop ocean and bay views! The backyard swimming pool and patio was amazing! The house had everything required to enjoy your stay at the beach or pool. Lots of pool or beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, bikes, ice machine, coolers, and board games. The owner was very flexible, easy going, and helped to make our stay a great vacation. We are looking forward to staying at this house again at our next LBI vacation.

Great Family Summer Vacation
We have rented many homes on the island and this one was by far our favorite. The listing is extremely accurate and the pictures speak for themselves. The location was wonderful for our three families. The teenagers were able to walk or ride their bikes to minigolf, ice cream and of course the candy store while the adults enjoyed live music at Joe Pops or cocktails on Daddy 0’s rooftop. The convenience of the beach was wonderful and allowed for everyone to come and go as needed though out the day. The pool was an added bonus as the water this week was so cold we could not swim without wetsuits. The owners take very good care of their home. We had one small leak in garage and they were quick to respond and make sure it was fixed. Overall, I would highly recommend this home for your family.
