We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Beautiful, Clean and Relaxing
This condo is every bit as comfortable, beautiful and accommodating as the pictures depict. From the dish ware to the cute decorations all around the place, you will feel like you are in someone’s well loved, and well cared for, home. There are water views out of almost every window, everything was completely functional, and the hosts were responsive and helpful. If you want to relax and feel like you are well care for by the wonderful ambiance that has been created here, this is the perfect place.

This Condo Does Not Disappoint!
We stayed in this beautiful condo for a long weekend in September. We have been coming to LBI for over 40 years and specifically Holgate for the past 15. We have always rented large homes to accommodate multiple families and generations. This year our children and grandkids were off doing other things, so we decided to wait until the summer was over and spend just a few days. So very glad we did! there were 4 adults in our party but this condo could easily and comfortably fit 2 families. It was everything you want a rental to be. It was super-clean, awesome bathrooms, comfy beds, tons of closet space, great appliances, a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of parking, etc. But the best part were the spectacular views! 4 decks to enjoy them all. Amazing. And so close to the beach. The pool (also extremely clean!) was a bonus that we took full advantage of. It was literally right outside our door. This neighborhood is very close to some of our favorite restaurants and Fantasy Island for the kids, but nice and quiet as well. Perfection.

Great condo with awesome views
We really love this condo, and it's now one of our favorite places in LBI. It has a great layout, and everything was modern and clean. The living space on the third floor is spacious and open-concept, with tons of counter space for cooking and plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax. Also we loved the pool as well, and used it almost every day!
I'd say my favorite feature was the giant windows allowing a great view of the bay from the living room. Also, on most days, we'd watch the sunset from the roof deck.
David was very kind and incredibly helpful to us. My group and I loved this experience, and we will definitely rebook this condo in the future!

Exceptional Vacation Rental
Entering the home, the condo was spotless. The home was quite comfortable, and had all the essentials for a great stay. Walking distance to the beach, and having the bay just steps away was perfect. There are plenty of restaurants and activities nearby, but not too close to interfere with the calm in this town. The sunsets were stunning, especially from the rooftop deck.

Beautiful/clean condo.
The owners of this beautiful condo could not have been more accommodating with our stay. The home is beautifully decorated and was so clean when we checked in. They literally thought of everything to accommodate your stay. All the outside decks were wonderful to watch the sun set. Would rent this place every summer!

First Renters
My sister, daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It was clean, bright and the views were breathtaking. The layout of the condo is perfect with the bedrooms on their own floor and the kitchen and living room together with an open floor plan. Also, having four decks as an option was nice because you can choose the Sun or shade. David and Cathleen were great hosts through the whole process. We would definitely come back here to stay again.
