Second floor offers a master bedroom with a king size bed, widescreen TV, private master bath, and balcony with peaceful bay views. Two additional bedrooms with four twin beds plus a full main bath.
Central air conditioning, hardwood floors throughout, outdoor shower, fully furnished private patio with gas grill, 4 beach badges, beach equipment, wireless internet, 2 parking spaces, garage for storage of beach gear, and additional street parking is available. Please inquire about off season weekend rentals.

We'll do everything possible for you to enjoy a great vacation on LBI. We have three simple rules:
- No large gatherings
- Please leave home clean and in good order to avoid excessive cleaning charges.
- Do not leave garbage bags outside of the covered trash cans. Township inspectors will issue a steep fine.
- 50% of rent amount due with signed short term lease agreement.
- Final payment and security deposit check due 30 days before your arrival date or cash payment on day of arrival.

Owner's Cancellation Policy:

If the Occupant cancels the reservation less than 120 days before the Check-in date, owners will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period.
If the Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, tenant will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus any fees accrued to re-list and rebook the property.

We encourage our guests to purchase Travel Insurance.

Lovely house

Very clean and comfortable house. The owners were extremely accommodating. Short walk to a beautiful beach. We lucked out with great weather so it was a perfect week. Booking with Adelio was an absolute pleasure!

Amazing house !!

Beautiful home ! This house was beyond clean and provided everything we needed. The Campos family was very personable and made sure our stay was great ! The house is also in an awesome location. Will definitely rent from them again!!

Clean, comfortable, convenient in Beach Haven

Beautiful newly constructed home within a few blocks to an uncrowded beautiful beach. All rooms were clean and bright making time indoors very comfortable. Also very close to the bay sunsets and a nice evening walk to the fantasy island area. The owners are super responsive and welcoming. Enjoy!

Perfect Beach House - Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable beach house. The owners, Adelio and Elaine greeted us when we arrived and were very friendly and helpful. I have been renting on the island for over 20 years and this home is by far my favorite - perfect location, comfortable, cozy, tastefully decorated and has all amenities you need for an enjoyable vacation. Hope to return again next year.

Beautiful, comfortable, perfectly located home

This home is perfectly situated - close to the heart of bay village and all the great shops of beach haven - not far from the Acme - and just a short walk to a great section of beach. I am very particular about choosing rentals, and admittedly find issues with many places that we have stayed at in the past. Not this year. There were no weird odors, everything worked and the bathrooms were all clean and spacious. The owners furnished the house with quality appliances, tasteful, comfortable furniture, and best of all...no uncomfortable mattresses. The house offers a convenient laundry set up, great air temperature control, and no shortage of hot water. The kitchen is properly stocked with everything you need during your stay. The house is nothing short of perfect.The owners were helpful and sweet, and offered their personal cell phone number. We will definitely rent again.

Overall great beach house

This house is less than a block from the bay, and only a few blocks from the ocean. It is new, clean, and very comfortable, and the owners are accommodating and easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again!
