OUR CALENDAR IS UP TO DATE FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. Pet friendly, 5 Bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with two twin beds, 1 bedroom with built-in twin bunk beds. Both family rooms on the first floor have pullout sofas if needed. The home was completely renovated in 2022 and only a 3-minute walk to one of the nicest beaches on LBI! High speed internet is included. Our 2-stall garage into a rec room with professional ping pong table and television. It’s a great spot for the kids to hang away from the adults! Brand new Weber grill installed on the lower deck with lounge furniture and a bar height table and chairs. We also have a second backyard deck off one of the bedrooms. Sonos and PS4 included! Beach Bachelorette!
What an incredible weekend we had in our first time in LBI. There was room for everyone to hang out in the house with fantastic amenities. The beach was super close and plenty of premium quality beach chairs. The home was meticulously cleaned and we really appreciated the little extra surprise! We would love to come again!! Jeff and Jimmy were super host that answered all my questions.

Perfect family home & location
This 13th street location was perfect for the family. Easy walk to beach and downtown Beach Haven. House was clean and comfortable for both children and adults. A great week at the Jersey Shore. Thank you Jeff and Caryn!

PERFECT LOCATION
I can’t say enough about our experience renting this house from Jeff. From booking to checking out it was easy and a pleasure. The house was a block from the beach - perfect walk and close to town. The kids picked up their bikes on the corner and easily biked into town. The house was clean and a perfect size for 2 families. The 2 living rooms were perfect for the kids in one and adults in the other. The detached garage with TV and ping pong table was a blessing for the kids to hang out. Also included were many beach chairs in the garage. GREAT house to rent and will do it again. Thank you Jeff!!

Great house and location!
The house was beautiful and location is excellent. Our first year in LBI as just the 4 of us, and everything was perfect. A lot of space, perfectly situated to get to beach, close to all the Beach Haven activities and eats, but not too clouds so that you avoid noise and/or crowds of central Beach Haven. The house is clean, the backyard was excellent for eating dinners, the double living rooms was super helpful for kids and parents who prefer different tv shoes. I would definitely stay again, it’s hard to find a nice and clean house in an amazing location for a smaller group like us.

Great House
Loved the house. Perfect size for our family. It was so nice and a perfect location. Close to beach and all the shops in Beach Haven. It was so nice to find the note with the cookies and wine. So unexpected since I've always only rented through realtors. Very nice of the owners!! Would definitely rent again if we do another family reunion on LBI!

Fabulous Vacation
We rented this house from Jeff for a family vacation before my daughter went off to college. We had a fabulous time! The house is beautiful, comfortable and clean. It is a short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants which was perfect and convenient. Teenagers sleep in so it was nice for me and my husband to be up at the beach earlier and just have our kids walk up when they were ready. There is also a beautiful backyard to relax and have a drink and a ping pong table in the garage. Will rent again, Thanks Jeff and Caryn

Love it!!
This house is perfect! Close to everything! Spotlessly clean! Great layout! We made it our home for 2 weeks and wanted to stay longer! Comfy beds and sofas, great back deck, & an amazing ping pong table! We can’t wait to go back!
