This charming 2nd floor duplex has everything you need! It has 2 bedrooms, one bath and sleeps 4 people, and also has a pull out couch that can accommodate 2 more. No reason to move your car all week- we are walking distance to Bay Village, many restaurants, the HUD, 1 minute walk to the beach, and a 3 minute walk to the bayside to watch the sunset! Listen to the ocean waves from your private patio. And yes, pet friendly!

A gem!
Can't say enough good things about this clean, cozy and convenient beach house! The location is great - a short stroll to the beach (a big help with our toddler!) and an easy walk to Fantasy Island and Bay Village. We also loved relaxing at the house on the two deck areas and thoughtful outdoor furniture. It's got everything you could need or want inside (including a TV in each room!) and the owner was wonderful - communication was a breeze. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect location!!
This rental was the perfect house for a beach getaway! The inside was cozy and the outside amenities were amazing and offered the perfect ambiance. The best part is how close it is to the beach!! We wanted for nothing!

Great Family Getaway
This rental is great for a family getaway. The perfect location - steps away from the beach and a short walk to Bay Village / Fantasu Island! Even better that we can bring our dog! Not 1 but 2 decks to relax on after a day at the beach, and great outdoor furniture in the back. We plan to be back next year!

Quite the GEM!!!!!!
I'm hesitant in writing this review because I don't want to share this adorable rental with the rest of the world!! It is quite a gem that my family thoroughly enjoyed all week long!! The proximity to the beach is what sold us on this rental and it didn't disappoint. The easy access to and from the beach made it possible for many runs back and forth to the house - with children this was a HUGE benefit!!
Not only was the house very close to the beach, it was also very clean and well maintained!! You can tell the owners take pride in this property.
The kitchen was also well stocked with everything we needed to make our family meals. We did also venture out to the local restaurants and shops that were all in walking distance. So nice to be able to walk to everything but if we had to take the car, there was plenty of parking in the driveway and surrounding area.
The family memories we made in this house will be cherished forever.
We'll definitely be back next year!

Cozy, clean, perfect location!!
Cozy, clean and PERFECT LOCATION! Parked the car and didn’t move it the whole week. Short walk to everything. Restaurants, shopping, arcade, beach, bar around the corner and bike rentals.
Large outdoor space to hang out, grill and play cornhole. The kids loved it and loved using the outdoor shower! Having a tv in each room was key for that rainy day. Gave each kid a place to zone out as needed.
Will rent again!
