This charming 1000 sq ft bottom floor duplex has everything you need- it sleeps up to 6 people and has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Sit on the spacious patio and listen to the ocean waves. Sit on our reclining leather sofas and watch a movie on our big screen tv. No need to get in your car all week- only a short walk to Bay Village, and many restaurants, 1 minute walk to the beach, and a 3 minute walk down the other end of the street to the bayside to watch the sunset! And yes, pet friendly!! Saturday to Saturday only.

The Perfect LBI Rental!
Where do I begin, let’s start with the owner, she is such a pleasure to work with! The location is by far one of the best on the island! Walking distance to all of the best restaurants the island has to offer, and to Fantasy Island and all of the shops. Just steps from the beach making it very convenient with kids, and easy to make evening and night beach walks. The home is perfect for our family of 5, the kids love the bunk beds and feeling like they’re having a week long sleepover :) The home is clean, and has the LBI cottage feel that we associate with the island. Lastly, the rental price is unbeatable!! So happy we found this gem! Thank you for another great year!

Great place to stay
My family and I have been renting this house for 2 years. It is comfortable, spacious, neat, clean and great decks for relaxing. The house is steps away from the beach and walking distance to Fantasy Island and Bay Village. The owner is a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend renting this home.

Amazing location
We stayed here and had a lovely week. It was a treat to be one block from the beach. The house was the perfect location and had everything we needed. We could walk and bike everywhere. We will be back to visit and stay in this lovely home.

Great Location!
This is a wonderful rental house - very clean & well maintained!! It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The house is close to the beach and has all amenities you could ask for! Owner is very easy to deal with. Great location in Beach Haven. Wonderful renting experience. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

Fantastic!
We had a wonderful vacation in beautiful and relaxing LBI. We were in the first floor unit. The house was clean, very close to the beach access (a VERY short walk), a short walk to the bay to watch sunsets, a few short blocks from shopping and restaurants. Definitely within walking by distance. The front patio was wonderful for coffee in the rocking chairs in the morning or dinners in the evening. The hosts were available and accommodating. I will be renting from them again next summer! Can’t wait!!

Location, Location, Location!!!
We parked our car in the driveway and didn't move it all week!! Everything was in walking distance - the beach, the bay (great area for watching sunsets), Fantasy Island, Dairy King, Bay Village, great restaurants, bars and shops. It was a perfect rental for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers). The house was extremely clean and included all of the amenities we needed for the week. We cannot wait to rent this house again next year!!

Great vacation
Another awesome vacation. Proximity to beach and fantasy island is a huge draw. Plus just a short walk or bike ride to bay at 14th st. Awesome spot to enjoy sunsets.

Excellent location
Great place in a fantastic location. So close to the beach. Loved that we could bring our dogs as it is very important to us. The front patio is huge and so nice to sit outside and relax. Loved it!
